De cand a implinit ilinca 1 an am incercat foarte multe retete de fursecuri de casa, fara zahar si cu ingrediente de calitate. Indiscutabil mai sanatoase ca cele din comert, acestea sunt unele din preferatele micutei noastre: fursecuri cu stafide si cocos :) Satioase si indulcite doar de stafide, sunt o gustare minunata pentru pitici :)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 100g faina
- 2 oua
- 50g stafide brune
- 75g unt
- 4 lg fulgi de cocos
Frecam bine untul cu o lingura, adaugam ouale si omogenizam bine totul. Incoporam faina, fulgii de cocos si la final stafidele. Daca doriti sa fie mai dulci, puteti adauga si 2-3 linguri din indulcitorul natural preferat de voi, eu nu am mai pus, pentru copii sunt minunati asa.
Din compozitia obtinuta modelm 12 bilute pe care le aplatizam usor, le punem pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si le coacem aprox 15-20 de min la foc mediu (170C), pana se rumenesc putin pe margini. Pofta mare!

Since my princess turned 1, I’ve been trying out many homemade cookie recipes that are sugar-free and with high quality ingredients. Undoubtedly healthier than store bought ones, these are our darling’s favorite: coconut raisin cookies :) Nutritious and sweetened only by raisins, they’re a great snack for toddlers :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 100 g whole purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g raisins
- 75 g butter
- 4 tbsp coconut flakes
Mix the butter with a spoon, add the eggs and whisk everything well. Incorporate the flour, coconut flakes and, in the end, the raisins. If you want them sweeter, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite natural sweetener, I thought these were perfect for babies and toddlers.
Make 12 balls out of this mixture, gently flatten them and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for about 15-20 min at 170 C, until they turn slightly golden on the edges. Enjoy!
