Ma veti iubi pentru urmatoarea reteta :) Aceste fursecuri cu tahini sunt GENIALE: super sanatoase, hranitoare, de post si perfecte pentru cine are intoleranta la gluten, oua sau lactate :) Cantitatile sunt mega usor de dublat, ceea ce va si recomand sa faceti, se termina repede :)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 100g tahini* (pasta de susan)
- 100g migdale crude
- 100g miere
- 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
- fistic, susan pt topping
Rasnim fin migdalele in robotelul de bucatarie, ca in imaginile pas cu pas de mai jos. Incalzim intr-o craticioara mierea, pasta de susan si vanilia, amestecand cu telul pana obtinem o crema omogena.
Amestecam toate ingredientele, vom obtine o compozitie fix ca plastilina, super usor de modelat :) Formam 12 bilute, le aplatizam cu mana si presaram susan sau fistic deasupra.
Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C pt 8 min, apoi inca 1 min cu ventilatia pornita. Eu le-am tinut 3 min si s-au extra rumenit :)) Dar au fost geniale si asa :) Pofta mare!
*Alegeti o pasta de susan (tahini) ce contine doar 100% seminte de susan. Altele mai au si zahar, ulei, diversi aditivi. Reteta preluata si adaptata de aici.

You are going to love me for this recipe :) These tahini cookies are just amazing, super healthy and nutritious, vegan and perfect for anyone intolerant to dairy, gluten or eggs :) The quantities are super easy to double, and I highly recommend you do that, these cookies disappear so quickly :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 100 g tahini* (sesame paste)
- 100 g raw almonds
- 100 g honey
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pistachio, sesame for the topping
Finely grind the almonds in the food processor, as shown in the step by step pics. Heat the honey, tahini and vanilla in a small saucepan, whisking until smooth.
Combine all the ingredients into a lovely play dough like mixture :) Form 12 balls, flatten them with your hands and sprinkle sesame or pistachio in the center.
Bake them in the preheated oven at 180 C for 8 min, and 1 more with the ventilation on. I baked mine 3 more min instead of 1 and they kinda turned too brown :)) But they were delicious like this as well :) Enjoy !
*Choose a sesame paste (tahini) that contains only 100% roasted sesame seed. Others may contain also sugar, oil and other additives.

din pacate consistenta mierii versus cea a siropului de artar este diferita,si ca atare am dat gres cu aceasta reteta.
Nu stiu daca ai facut cu sirop de artar dar consistenta ‘aluatului’ va fi mai moale.Daca as fi stiut nu as fi folist sirop de artar..In mod normal cei care nu isi fac din gatit o meserie ar trebui ajutati cu detalii complete si precise.
Oricum ar fi multumesc pt reteta!
Buna Cristina, imi pare foarte rau ca nu ti-au iesit :( De obicei substitui mierea cu siropul de artar la cam toate retetele fara probleme, o sa refac reteta cu sirop de artar sa vad exact cum trebuie ajustate cantitatile. Sper ca au fost macar mancabili biscuitii.. O zi frumoasa!
Bună. As putea folosi direct faina de migdale? Dacă da, aproximativ ce cantitate?
