Biscuitii si fursecurile facute in casa sunt o gustare ideala pentru copii, usor de luat in manute si cu ingrediente a caror calitate poate fi usor controlata de noi. Pentru ca nucile sunt foarte hranitoare si ajuta la dezvoltarea creierului, am facut niste fursecuri fragede cu nuca, foarte iubite de noi toti :) Daca piticii vostri sutn fani nuca, va recomand si acest chec :)
Ingrediente (30 buc):
- 200g faina
- 100g nuci romanesti
- 100g unt
- 50g curmale fara samburi
- 1 ou
- 3-4 lg apa rece
- 1 lgt scortisoara
Adaugam untul taiat cubulete, curmalele si ou in blender si mixam bine pana obtinem o crema. Puteti marunti si manual curmalele. Macinam nucile fin, apoi amestecam toate ingredientele, framantand pana obtinem un aluat maleabil. Il intindem pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina intr-o foaie de grosime aprox 5-6 mm, apoi decupam folosin formele dorite.
Asezam fursecurile tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 C timp de aprox 12-15 min, pana se rumenesc foarte putin pe margini. Le lasam sa se raceasca in tava, apoi le savuram! Aceste fursecuri fragede cu nuca se pastreaza in recipiente inchise ermetic.
*Atentie: Nucile, migdalele alunele etc trebuie maruntite foarte bine cand le oferim copiilor inainte de varsta de 4 ani, pentru ca reprezinta pericol de inec!

Homemade cookies are a perfect snack for kids, easy to grab by their tiny hands and with high quality ingredients. Because walnuts are super nutritious and help brain development, I made some shortbread walnut cookies, so popular and loved by everyone :)
Ingredients (30 pcs):
- 200 g flour
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g butter
- 50 g pitted dates
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Add the chopped butter, dates and egg in a blender and blend until smooth. You can finely dice the almonds if you want. Finely grind the walnuts, then mix well all the ingredients until a ball of dough forms. Roll onto a surface sprinkled with flour into a 5-6 mm thick sheet.
Cut out the desired cookies, transfer them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 12-15 min, until golden on the edges. Let them chill on the tray, then serve. Store in an air tight box. Enjoy!
*Warning: Walnuts, peanuts, almonds etc must be finely ground before offered to children under 4 years, because of the high choking risk!
