Pentru ca ma specializez pe low carb lately, iata inca o reteta de fursecuri cu ciocolata, absolut geniale! :) Trebuie neaparat sa le incercati, sunt atat de fragede ca se topesc in gura, au aroma intensa de ciocolata, dar fara zahar alb, gluten si cu foarte putini carbohidrati… Yummy! :)
Ingrediente (14 buc):
- 150g faina de migdale
- 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 25g cacao
- 60g tagatoza (sau indulcitorul preferat)
- 100g unt
- 1 ou
- 2 lg unt de migdale
- 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
Mixam untul la temperatura camerei cu indulcitorul, adaugam apoi vanilia si oul. Amestecam faina de migdale, pudra de cacao, bicarbonatul si combinam bine cele 2 amestecuri, cel uscat cu cel umed.
Formam din compozitia rezultata 14 bilute pe care le asezam pe o tava intinsa tapetata cu hartie de copt. Nu e nevoie sa le aplatizam, se vor lasa la copt. Coacem fursecurile cam 10-12 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, cu ventilatia pornita, apoi le lasam sa se raceasca in tava. Pofta mare!

I am becoming an expert in low carb recipes lately, so here’s another amazing one: low carb chocolate cookies. You’ve got to try them, super tender, they melt in your mouth, have a great chocolate flavor, but no refined sugar gluten and with so little carb… Yumm! :)
Ingredients (14 pcs):
- 150 g almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 60 g tagatose (or favorite sweetener)
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the softened butter at room temperature with the sweetener, then add the egg and vanilla. Combine the almond flour, cocoa, baking soda, then add the dry mixture into the other one.
Form 14 balls out of the mixture, place them on a tray lined with baking paper. There’s no need to flatten them, they will do that in the oven. Bake the cookies at 180 C for 10-12 min, ventilation on, then let them cool in the tray. Enjoy!
