Un mic dejun dulce si hranitor, asa, de weekend frumos de inceput de primavara :) Gaufre cu branza si scortisoara, pufoase, cu o minunata glazura de crema de branza fina. Eu am turnat si un sirop de caramel… Alaturi de o cafea aromata, putem incepe o noua zi frumoasa! (12 gaufre mici a cate 2g carbs net si 112cal)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 200g branza de vaci*
  • 100g crema de branza
  • 4 oua
  • 60g eritritol
  • 50g faina de migdale
  • 20g faina de cocos
  • 20g faina de in
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • topping: crema de branza, zmeura

Mixam ouale, indulcitorul, crema de branza si vanilia, adaugam si branza de vaci. Eu folosesc din aceasta Covalact. Separat amestecam ingredientele uscate si le adaugam si pe acelea in compozitie.

Preincalzim aparatul de gaufre (eu am acest model) si obligatoriu il ungem cu ulei, pentru ca aceste gaufre nu au grasime in compozitie si se pot prinde.

Punem cate 2 linguri (eu pun cate 1 lingura mare de inghetata) din compozitie in aparatul preincalzit si il lasam sa isi faca treaba, cam 3-4 min, pana gaufrele sunt rumene.

Atentie, se pot prinde de aparat, daca incercam sa il deschidem si nu reusim, NU insistam, ca se vor destrama, mai lasam sa coaca gaufrele inca putin, pana putem deschide usor aparatul :) Eu am stricat primele 2 gaufre pana m-am prins de smecherie :)) Le servim cu crema de branza indulcita, zmeura si scortisoara. Pofta mare si o primavara minunata! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

A sweet and nutritious breakfast, for this sunny first weekend of spring :) Cinnamon roll waffles, with a lovely cream cheese topping, I also drizzled some caramel syrup… Next to a hot cup of coffee, now that’s the way to welcome this spring! (12 small waffles 2g net carbs and 112cal each)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g erythritol
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 20 g coconut flour
  • 20 g flax-seed flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • topping: cream cheese, raspberry

Beat the eggs, sweetener, cream cheese and vanilla with a mixer, add the cottage cheese. Separately combine the dry ingredients and add them too into the dough.

Preheat the waffle maker and spray it with some oil (it’s a must), these waffles have no fat, so they easily stick. Using an ice cream scoop add the mixture int the waffle maker, about 1 large scoop per waffle, and let it cook for approx 3-4 min, until lovely golden brown.

If you try to open the lid and get resistance to that, do NOT insist, just let the waffles cook some more, until the lid easily opens. I ruined the first 2 waffles until I figured this out :)) Serve with cream cheese, cinnamon and raspberries. have a wonderful spring!
