Am luat reteta mult iubita de gaufre cu cartofi si branza si am transformat-o in una keto si low carb la fel de buna! Me very proud :) Gaufre cu conopida si branza. Excelente la micul dejun sau ca gustare, iar cantitatile sunt foarte usor de dublat :) Si veti vrea sa le dublati :)) Eu le-am savurat cu putin avocado perfect copt si un sos picant cu usturoi, o nebunie! :D

Ingrediente (6 buc):

  • 250g conopida
  • 2 oua
  • 100g branza rasa (cascaval, cas, cheddar, mozarella, orice branza care se topeste)
  • 2 lg faina de cocos
  • cateva fire de marar
  • sare, piper dupa gust*

Mai intai incalzim bine aparatul de gaufre, (ale meu e acesta) cu 5 minute inainte. Dam pe razatoare branza, o adaugam intr-un bol alaturi de ouale batute si verdeata tocata marunt, faina de cocos, sare si piper.

Eu am folosit conopida congelata, am fiert-o, am maruntit-o la robot si am scurs-o putin. Apoi am adaugat restul ingredientelor, omogenizand bine tot.

Punem cate 2-3 linguri din compozitie in aparatul de gaufre (pe care l-am uns cu putin ulei), intindem cat de cat uniform totul si il lasam pe aparat sa isi faca treaba pana sunt rumene gaufrele. Sunt super bune si calde, si reci! :)

Baby friendly: omiteti sarea si folositi piper cu masura.

I took the beloved potato cheese waffle recipe and turned into a keto low carb one, as delicious as the original! Me very proud :) Cauliflower cheese waffles. Perfect for breakfast or as snack, and the quantities are super easy to double. And you will want to double them :)) had mine with a perfectly ripe avocado and some garlic hot sauce, YUMMY! :D

Ingredients (6 pcs):

  • 250 g cauliflower, frozen
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g grated cheese (cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, any cheese that melts)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • a couple of dill threads
  • salt, pepper to taste

First preheat the waffle maker. Grate the cheese, add it to a bowl with the eggs, coconut flour, salt and pepper.

I used frozen cauliflower, I boiled it, then diced it with a food processor and drained it a little. Then I added the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.

Place 2-3 tbsp of the mixture into the waffle maker and let it cook for a couple of min, until lovely golden brown. They;re amazing both warm and cold! :)
