Aparatul de facut gaufre e cea mai tare inventie, cand ai resturi de diverse prin frigider, „pui” de niste gaufre delicioase imediat :) Eu aveam niste pui de tara, cas de la bunica, un dovlecel ofilit si iata ce gustare hranitoare am incropit tac pac :)) Gaufre cu pui, dovlecel si cascaval. Yummy! Nu mai zic ca piticilor gaufrele li se par ceva super cool :)
Ingrediente (10 buc):
- 150g carne de pui, gatita
- 150g dovlecel
- 150g cascaval afumat*
- 2 oua
- 50g faina de migdale
- 2 lg tarate de psyllium
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt pudra de usturoi
- 1 ceapa verde
- sare, piper dupa gust
Mai intai incalzim bine aparatul de gaufre, (al meu e acesta) cu 5 minute inainte. Dam pe razatoare branza, dovlecelul (poate fi stors, optional), maruntim carnea de pui si tocam ceapa verde, apoi amestecam bine toate ingredientele.
Punem cate 2-3 linguri din compozitie in aparatul de gaufre (pe care l-am uns cu putin ulei/unt), intindem cat de cat uniform totul si il lasam pe aparat sa isi faca treaba pana sunt rumene gaufrele. Sunt super bune si calde, si reci :) Pofta mare!
*Sau cascaval, cheddar, mozzarella, orice branza care se topeste.

The waffle makes is the best investment ever, especially when you have some leftovers you don’t want to go to waste :) I had leftover free range chicken steak, some great smoked cheese and a pretty old zucchini, and just look at what an amazing healthy savory snack I came up with :) Chicken zucchini cheese waffles. The kids will love them! :)
Ingredients (10 pcs):
- 150 g chicken, cooked
- 150 g zucchini
- 150 g smoked cheese*
- 2 eggs
- 50 g almond flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 spring onion
- salt, pepper to taste
First preheat the waffle maker 5 min before. Grate the cheese, grate the zucchini (you can squeeze it, optional), chop the spring onion, dice the chicken, then mix everything well.
Place 2-3 tablespoons from the mixture into the hot waffle maker, spread it evenly and cook until the waffles are golden crisp. They’re great both warm and cold :) Enjoy!
*Or any cheese that melts, cheddar, mozzarella etc.
