Gaufre keto cu dovlecei. Mic dejun de weekend in varianta dulce sau sarata, dupa cum preferati :) Eu le-am facut in varianta dulce, cu scortisoara, indulcitor si vanilie si le-am servit cu smantana si capsuni. Mega yummy! Insa voi le puteti face si in varianta sarata, adaugand de exemplu marar, putina branza rasa sau ce va mai place voua. Si le puteti servi cu oua ochiuri :) Indiferent ce varianta alegeti, sunt foarte bune! (6 buc a cate 128 cal si 2g net carbs)

Ingrediente (6 buc):

  • 1 dovlecel mediu (140g)
  • 80ml smantana lichida
  • 1/2 lg tarate de psyllium
  • 50g faina migdale
  • 2 oua
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • 2-3 lg indulcitor
  • 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • ulei de cocos pentru uns placile

Dam pe razatoare dovlecelul, il puteti scurge, eu nu l-am scurs, insa ies ok oricum gaufrele :) Daca aveti o problema cu culoarea verde in mancare, decojitii-l inainte :) Batem ouale, smantana lichida. adaugam apoi restul ingredientelor si omogenizam bine totul cu un tel.

Preincalzim aparatul de gaure (eu am acest model) si il pulverizam cu ulei de cocos, de masline sau ungem cu unt topit. Punem cate 1 lingura plina de inghetata in el si il lasam sa coaca gaufrele.

Atentie, daca incercati sa deschideti aparatul si intampinati rezistenta, NU insistati, ci mai lasati-l sa isi faca treaba pana se deschide usor. In caz contrar se vor faramita gaufrele :) Din aceste cantitati ies 6 gaufre, pentru ca doar eu le mananc :))) Dar voi le puteti dubla extrem de usor. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Sweet or savory weekend breakfast, as you prefer :) I made these keto zucchini waffles in sweet version, with sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla and served them with sour cream and strawberries. Mega yumm! But you can do yours in savory version, with dill, cheese, whatever you like, and serve them with fried eggs :) No matter what version you choose, they are super yummy! ne! (6 pcs of 128 cal and 2g net carbs each)

Ingredients (6 pcs):

  • 1 medium zucchini (140g)
  • 80 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2-3 tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 lgt cinnamon
  • coconut oil for spraying the waffle maker

Grate the zucchini, you can squeeze the water out of it or not, I didnt :) If you have a problem with green colors in food, just peel the zucchini. Whisk the eggs and cream, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.

Preheat the waffle maker and spray it with coconut oil, olive oil or grease with melted butter. Spoon 1 big ice cream scoop in the waffle maker and let it do its thing until they are cooked through :)

Important: if you try to open the waffle make and you get resistance to that, do NOT insist, let it cook more until you can open it easily. Otherwise the waffles will come apart :) These quantities make only 6 waffles, because I am the only one eating them in our house, but you can very easily double the quantity :) Enjoy!
