Intr-o dimineata geroasa de iarna un mic dejun aromat cu mar si scortisoara e fix ceea ce ne trebuie :)  Adaugati doar putin lapte de migdale, fructe proaspete si un mic dejun delicios, sanatos  si de post e gata intr-o clipa :) Granola cu mar si scortisoara.

Ingrediente (4-6 portii):

  • 2 cani fulgi de ovaz (160g)
  • 1/2 cana caju si nuci pecan (50g)
  • 1 mar rosu
  • 3 lg seminte de dovleac
  • 100g stafide brune
  • 3 lg sirop de artar
  • 100ml suc de mere
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 2 lgt scortisoara

Combinam intr-un bol mare fugii de ovaz, nucile tocate grosier, stafidele, semintele de dovleac si marul taiat cubulete mici. Separat amestecam siropul de artar, uleiul de cocos, sucul de mere si scortisoara.

Turnam siropul obtinut peste amestecul uscat si mozolim bine totul cu o spatula, apoi intindem uniform compozitia pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Coacem Granola cam 20 de minute la 170C, cu atentie sa nu se arda, o lasam sa se raceasca complet, apoi o depozitam in borcane de sticla dragalase :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

On a cold winter morning there’s nothing like a apple cinnamon breakfast to make us feel cozy :) Just add a little almond milk and fresh fruit, and you have a super tasty, healthy vegan breakfast :) Apple cinnamon Granola.

Ingredients (4-6 servings):

  • 2 cups oatmeal (160g)
  • 1/2 cup cashews and pecans (50g)
  • 1 red apple
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g brown raisins
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 lg tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Combine the oatmeal, roughly chopped nuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds and diced apple. Separately, mix the maple syrup, apple juice, coconut oil and cinnamon. Pour this syrup over the dry mixture and mix everything well.

Spread the Granola evenly on a large tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 min at 170 C, carefully not to burn it. Let it cool completely, then store in a cute glass jar :) Enjoy!
