Grisine keto. Cumparasem faina universala fara carbohidrati Szafi si am zis sa experimentez ceva bun cu aceasta faina mult laudata :) Am facut niste grisine keto geniale, crocante la exterior si putin pufoase in interior, cu textura superba, NU sunt umede si NU se simte psyllium-ul din compozitia fainii! Deci OMG, sa zic asa, sunt absolut minunate, scuzati pozele ca nu sunt chiar wow, le voi reface curand, insa reteta e si trebuie sharuita urgent :) Grisine keto! (18 buc a cate 1 g carbs net si 78 cal)
Ingrediente (18 buc):
- 90g faina universala fara carbohidrati Szafi
- 60g mozzarella rasa
- 30g parmezan ras fin
- 3 oua
- 30g unt topit
- 100ml apa
- 3 lg ulei de masline (45ml)
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1 lgt sare
- ulei de masline, susan pt topping
- ketchup fara zahar pt servit
Pur si simplu amestecam bine toate ingredientele pana obtinem un aluat maleabil si destul de flexibil. Il intindem cu sucitorul. Folosind un cutit sau taietor de piza, decupam niste dreptunghiuri luuungi si subtiri.
Le rulam usor cu palmele, dandu-le o forma de grisina. Daca se rupe aluatul pe alocuri, il presam usor cu degetele si reparam locul cu pricina :) Trebuie doar putina grija, e destul de usor de modelat alatul, desi se mai rupe putin, se leaga imediat la loc :)
Punem grisinele pe o tava, le ungem cu ulei de masline si le presaram cu seminte de susan. Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C timp de 20 de min, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 5-7 min, pana se rumenesc frumos. Pofta mare!

I had bought the Szafi low carb flour mix and really wanted to try something new with it. So I made the best keto bread sticks, soooo tasty and with a wonderful consistency, not moist, without psyllium flavor, just super delicious! The pics are not the greatest, but I HAD to share the recipe quicker!
Ingredients (18 pcs):
- 90 g low carb Szafi flour mix
- 60 g grated mozzarella
- 30 g finely grated Parmesan
- 3 eggs
- 30 g melted butter
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- olive oil, sesame seeds for the topping
- sugar free ketchup for serving
Simply combine all the ingredients until a flexible dough forms. Roll it with rolling pin and cut put long stripes. Using you palms, mold them into bread stick shapes.
If the dough tears, simply pinch it with your fingers and mold it back into the same long cylinder shape. Place the bread sticks on a tray, grease with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake art 170 C for abut 20 min, with the ventilation on in the last 5-7 min. Enjoy!
