Iced coffee latte cu cocos. Sunt mare fana cafea, o A-DOR, iar pe caldurile acestea savurez din cand in cand aceasta bautura rece absolutely gorgeous, cu multe straturi faine :) Se face atat de simplu, dar cu toate acestea, va simtiti ca la o cafenea fancy in confortul propriei case :) Poate fi facuta si in varianta vegana, de post, si fara zahar, keep reading pentru toate tips&tricks :) Si aveti aici pe Instagram reteta video ;)
Ingrediente (1 portie):
- 4-5 cuburi de gheata
- 70ml espresso
- 1 lgt zahar brun sau indulcitor natural (optional)
- 100ml lapte rece*
- frisca*
- sirop de ciocolata*
- 1 lgt fulgi de cocos
Punem intr-o cana frumoasa transparenta cuburile de gheata. Spumam laptele rece cu ajutorul unui aparat de spumat lapte, Aeroccino am eu. Se poate spuma si cu un mini mixer special, ca acesta, are reviewuri f bune :)
Pentru varinta vegana folositi un lapte din gama Alpro Barista (migdale, cocos, soia, orez), fac multa spuma :) P.S. – Am incercat ambele variante, si cu lapte spumat cald si cu lapte spumat rece, ambele sunt bune :)
Turnam laptele spumat in cana, peste cuburile de gheata. Apoi turnam si un espresso proaspat preparat, eu am folosit „Coconut flavour over ice„, e suuuuper bun, pentru extra aroma de cocos :) Fireste ca merge orice espresso, si il puteti indulci sau nu, eu una nu am pus nimic :) Puteti vedea ce straturi superbe se formeaza acum.
Terminam bautura adaugand cele 3 toppinguri: frisca, sirop de ciocolata si fulgi de cocos. Ca sa rezumam, ingredientele se pun in aceasta in ordine: 1. cuburi de gheata 2. spuma de lapte rece 3. espresso 4. frisca 5. sirop de ciocolata 6. fulgi de cocos. Am pus frisca la tub, recunosc, asta am avut, insa puteti face in casa varianta fara zahar, facand frisca proaspata din smantana lichida neindulcita si un indulcitor natural :)
La varianta vegana folositi o frisca vegetala, cum ar fi aceasta frisca de cocos si un sirop de ciocolata vegan, eu as decora cu aceasta crema de la Secretele Ramonei, Veganella :) Racorire placuta! Iced coffee latte cu cocos.

Iced coffee latte cu cocos. I am such a coffee addict, I LOVE it, and when it’s so hot outside, I like to enjoy a cold coffee drink, like this gorgeous layered coconut iced coffee latte :) You can make it in sugar free and vegan versions, keep reading for all my tips&tricks :)
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 70 ml espresso
- 1 tsp brown sugar or natural sweetener (optional)
- 100 ml cold milk*
- whipped cream*
- chocolate syrup*
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Put the ice cubes in a nice transparent mug. Froth the cold milk with a milk frother, I have an Aeroccino am eu. You can froth it with a mini frother like this one, it has great reviews :)
For the vegan version use a vegetable milk from Alpro Barista (almond, coconut, soy, rice), they make a lot of foam :) PS. I tried both cold frothed milk and hot frothed milk, both are ok :)
Pour the frothed milk in the mug, over the ice cubes. Then pour a fresh hot espresso, I used”Coconut over ice„, it’s sooooo good, for the extra coconut flavor :) You can sweeten the espresso or not, I didn’t. You can see the lovely layers that are forming now.
Finish up the drink with the 3 toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup and coconut flakes. To sum up the recipe, the ingredients are, in this order: 1. ice cubes 2. cold frothed milk 3. espresso 4. whipped cream 5. chocolate syrup 6. desiccated coconut. I used a tub of whipping cream, I admit, but you can make it sugar free by whipping unsweetened heavy cream with a natural sweetener :)
For the vegan option, use a vegetable whipping cream, like my coconut whipped cream and a vegan chocolate syrup, like Veganella :) Enjoy this cold drink! Iced coffee latte cu cocos.
