Nu trebuie sa ai o masina de inghetata ca sa faci acasa o inghetata perfecta, fina si cremoasa ca la magazin. Trebuie doar sa incerci aceasta reteta simpla de inghetata cu mascarpone si miere :) La reteta de baza puteti adauga bucatele de fructe acrisoare in compozitie: zmeura, capsuni, afine, visine… Enjoy!

Ingrediente:

  • 500g mascarpone
  • 200ml smantana lichida
  • 2-3 lg miere (dupa gust)
  • 1 pastaie de vanilie
  • 100g migdale crude (sau nuci)
  • 150g afine/capsuni/visine/zmeura (optional)

Extrem de simplu: batem cu mixerul smantana lichida pana se intareste, adaugam apoi branza mascarpone, mierea, semintele de la pastaia de vanilie si mixam in continuare pana la omogenizare.

Vom obtine o crema aerata, dar ferma. Incorporam cu o lingura migdalele tocate grosier si putin rumenite intr-o tigaie si introducem inghetata in congelator intr-o casoleta. In aproximativ 3-4 ore (in functie de congelator) va fi numai buna de savurat :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

You don’t need an ice cream maker to make a perfect ice cream, smooth and silky, just like store bought one. You just need to try this honey, mascarpone ice cream :) To the base recipe you can add sour fruits: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, sour cherries.. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2-3 tbsp honey (dupa gust)
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 100 g raw almonds (or walnuts)
  • 150 g blueberries/ strawberries/ raspberries/ sour cherries (optional)

Super simple: simply whip the heavy cream with a mixer until stiff, then add the mascarpone, honey, seeds from the vanilla bean and keep mixing until smooth. Fold in the roughly chopped and toasted almonds and place the ice cream in the freezer to set, for about 3-4 hours. Dig in! :)
