La mine deja a venit vara :)) Sa va explic: Ilinca mananca in ORICE sezon inghetata si aveam multicele banane maro de tot, aproape stricate, dar m-am ambitionat sa nu le arunc si bine am facut. Am si facut un sondaj pe Instagram, si majoritatea a votat sa NU le arunc, multumesc tututor celor care au votat! :) A iesit o bunatate de inghetata de banane, din 2 ingrediente (3 la cea cu zmeura), care i-a placut foarte mult Ilincai, si a devenit foarte selectiva la mancare lately, nu zic mofturoasa, da?… :))
Ingrediente:
- 5 banane foarte coapte
- 200ml smantana lichida neindulcita*
- 200g zmeura
Decojim bananele, le feliem si le congelam asa in pungi din acelea cu zip. batem cu mixerul smantana pentru frisca, iar separat mixam in robotul de bucatarie sau blender de mare putere feliile congelate de banane pana obtinem o compozitie fina.
Combinam cele 2 amestecuri, le mai omogenizam putin cu mixerul, apoi turnam compozitia intr-o caserola si o introducem in congelator pana se intareste. Partea misto e ca, bananele congelate fiind mixate, ingheata nu mai face ace de gheata, e destul de cremoasa fara o masina de ingheata, yei :)
Pentru varianta cu zmeura adaugam banane cu zmeura, in proportii egale, ambele congelate, si restul smantana batuta :) Alte bunatati care se pot adauga la varianta simpla sunt: vanilie, unt de arahide, crema Nutella de casa, nuci macinate… Delicioasa inghetata cu banane, pofta mare!
*Smantana lichida fara caragenan am gasit pana acum doar aceste 3 sortimente: Laptaria cu Caimac, Sanlacta, Artesana si Ken Nata (cu 35% sau 38% grasime, se cumpara doar online). Smantana fara caragenan trebuie batuta cu putina zeama de lamaie, pentru a se intari, fiind naturala. Daca ati mai descoperit vreun alt brand, dati-mi de stire :)

To me, summer is already here :)) Let me explain: Ilinca eats ice cream ALL YEAR LONG and since I has some very brown bananas, almost gone bad, I was ambitious not to throw them away, and it was the right call :) BTW, thank all of you who voted on my Instagram poll :) I made the best banana ice cream, made form only 2 ingredients (3 for the raspberry flavor), Ilinca loved them, and she became a very picky eater lately… :))
Ingredients:
- 5 very ripe bananas
- 200 ml heavy cream, unsweetened
- 200 g raspberry
Peel the bananas, slice them and freeze them in a zip lock bag. Whisk the heavy cream until fluffy and separately mix the frozen banana slices in the high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
Combine the 2 mixtures with a whisk, then pour the cream in a dish and freeze until set. The cool thing is that you don’t get many ice crystals in this ice cream, because the bananas are already frozen and processes, so you get a creamy ice cream without an ice cream machine :)
For the raspberry version add bananas and raspberry in equal proportions, both frozen + whipped heavy cream :) Other goodies you can add to the plain version: vanilla, peanut butter, homemade Nutella, ground walnuts.. Enjoy!
