Stiti ca ma plangeam ca nu mai am loc in bucatarie si pentru o masina de inghetata? Ei bine, where there’s a will, there’s a way :)) Nu credeam ca merita un astfel de aparat, ei bine, m-am inselat. Inghetata iese extrem de cremoasa si fina, fix ca cea din comert, insa maaarea diferenta e ca noi stim ce punem in ea cand o preparam in casa :) Asa ca am inaugurat aparatul cu o inghetata de ciocolata clasica. O nebunie!
Ingrediente:
- 100g ciocolata amaruie fara zahar
- 100g indulcitor
- 300ml smantana lichida*
- 300ml lapte integral*
- 3 galbenusuri
- 2 lg cacao
Punem pe foc la bain-marie smantana pentru frisca si laptele. Separat batem galbenusurile (eu am pus ouale intregi) cu indulcitorul, cacao, si turnam totul incet peste amestecul de smantana si lapte.
Adaugam ciocolata neagra rupta bucatele, amestecand usor pana aceasta din urma se topeste; fierbem crema la foc mic pana se ingroasa putin.
O lasam la racit la temperatura camerei cu o folie de plastic pusa pe suprafata cremei, dupa care o introducem in frigider 2 ore.
Turnam compozitia in vasul masinii de inghetata racit in prealabil in congelator, in functie de aparat, va fi gata in 15-30 de min. Punem inghetata intr-o casoleta si o mai tinem in congelator 1-2 ore. E divina! Enjoy :)
Note:
- Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatoza, Green Sugar, xylitol si lapte de cocos.
- Smantana lichida fara caragenan am gasit pana acum doar aceste 3 sortimente: Laptaria cu Caimac, Sanlacta, Artesana si Ken Nata (cu 35% sau 38% grasime, se cumpara doar online). Smantana fara caragenan trebuie batuta cu putina zeama de lamaie, pentru a se intari, fiind naturala. Daca ati mai descoperit vreun alt brand, dati-mi de stire :)

Remember how I was complaining that I didn’t have enough room for an ice cream maker? Ell, where there’s a will there’s a way :)) I didn’t think such a device was worth it and oh, how wrong I was! The ice cream is so smooth and soft, just like store bought one, except we know what ingredients we use in homemade ice cream :) So I first tested it with a classic chocolate ice cream. So delicious!
Ingredients:
- 100 g sugar free dark chocolate
- 100 g sweetener
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 300 ml full fat milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp cocoa
Heat the cream and milk in a bowl over a pot of hot water (bain marie). Separately beat the egg yolks (i used whole eggs) with sweetener and cocoa, then slowly pour over the milk and cream mixture. Add the chopped chocolate until it melts; cook at low heat until it thickens a little.
Let it cool with clingfilm on the surface until it reaches room temperature, then place in the fridge for 2 hours. Pour in the previously chilled ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. It will be ready in 15-30 min, depending on the brand. Place in the freezer for 1-2 more hours. Yummy! :)
