Plec in concediuuu, dar nu v-am uitat :) V-am pregatit o inghetata mai deosebita, ce ziceti de asta? Lucuma este un fruct din Peru ce are o aroma dulce de caramel, este bogat in caroten, vitaminele B2 si B3 si are un continut scazut de zaharuri. Asa ca am zis ca nu am cum sa dau gres cu o inghetata de lucuma :) A iesit grozava :D
Ingrediente
- 1 conserva de lapte de cocos (400ml) sau crema de cocos
- 5 lg pudra de lucuma
- 1/4 cana sirop de agave (sau sirop de artar, etc dupa gust) (60ml)
- 1/2 cana lapte vegetal (125ml)
- 1 lgt esenta vanilie
Introducem toate ingredientele in blender si mixam bine. Turnam crema obtinuta in forme pentru inghetata (sau caserole de plastic) pe care le introducem in congelator cam 2-3 ore pana ingheata :) Pofta mare!

Let’s enjoy a more special ice cream, shall we? :) Lucuma is a fruit from Peru that has a sweet caramel flavor, it contains lots of beta carotene, vitamins B2 and B3 and is low in sugar. So I thought I couldn’t go wrong with a vegan lucuma ice cream :) It turned out great :D
Ingredients
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk (400 ml)
- 5 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1/4 cup agave syrup (or maple syrup, etc to taste) (60ml)
- 1/2 cup vegetable milk (125ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Just blend very well all the ingredients until smooth and silky. Pour the cream in ice cream molds (or plastic containers) and put them in the freezer for about 2-3 hours until ice-creamy :) Enjoy!
