Faceam ordine in congelator cand am gasit o punga de visine congelate. Aveam si o cutie de mascarpone, era caaald afara… Magia s-a produs! :)) Am incropit pe loc o delicioasa inghetata de visine si mascarpone. Visinele acrisoare merg la fix cu crema densa si gustoasa de mascarpone. Buuuuna de tot! Si nu se compara din nici un punct de vedere cu inghetata din comert :)

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 600g visine congelate
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 4 lg xylitol (sau alt indulcitor natural preferat, dupa gust)
  • fulgi de cocos, cacao nibs si sirop de ciocolata pentru servit

Introducem in robotul de bucatarie visinele congelate, branza mascarpone si indulcitorul. Mixam bine, oprim, gustam, mai punem indulcitor daca e cazul. Introducem inghetata in congelator 30 de min, o ora, sa se intareasca putin.

Sau se poate manca si asa, mai moale. Punem in cupe, decoram cu ce dorim si savuram la mare, la soare…  Sau acasa, pe balcon, pentru noi astea gravide in luna a 8a :)))

ENGLISH VERSION

I fount a bag of sour cherries in the freezer today while reviewing it. I also had some mascarpone, it was so hot outside… And that’s how the magic happened! :) I made a delicious sour cherry & mascarpone ice cream. The sour cherries go perfectly with the dense, tasty mascarpone. Soo delicious! And incomparable to store bought ice cream :)

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 600 g frozen sour cherries
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp xylitol (or other natural sweetener, to taste)
  • coconut flakes, cacao nibs and chocolate syrup for serving

Put the frozen sour cherries, mascarpone and sweetener in the food processor and give it a good wizz. Stop, taste, add more sweetener if necessary. Place the ice cream in the freezer for 30 min, one hour, to harden a little.

Or you can eat it as a soft serve if you like. Scoop it in bowls, decorate with whatever you like and enjoy by the seaside, in the sun… Or at home, on the balcony, for us 8 month pregnant ladies :)))
