A venit primavara! Sa curga inghetata :))
Am pentru voi o reteta simpla, delicioasa si 100% guilt-free pentru ca are in compozitie doar ingrediente naturale si sanatoase.
Si cu ea veti pacali foarte usor copiii care nu se impaca bine cu fructele :D Inghetata raw de fructe exotice.

Ingrediente (8 portii)

  • 1 ananas
  • 2 banane
  • 1 mango
  • 200ml crema de cocos
  • 3 lg indulcitor natural* (sirop de artar/miere etc, dupa gust)
  • 2 lg seminte de chia
  • semintele de la o pastaie de vanilie

Punem in blender (sau robotul de bucatarie) laptele de cocos si il mixam pana are o consistenta fluida omogena. Facem astra entru ca o conserva de lapte de cocos are o parte cremoasa (crema de cocos) si o parte apoasa(apa de cocos).

Apoi adaugam fructele curatate si taiate bucati, indulcitorul, semintele de chia si vanilia. Mixam bine de tot. Turnam crema obtinuta in forme pentru inghetata si le introducem la congelator.

Daca nu aveti forme, puteti folosi pahare de plastic in care ati introdus cate un bat pentru inghetata (sau lingurite de plastic). Inainte de servire, scufundam putin formele in apa fierbinte. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi, optional doar, putina miere sau sirop de artar, avand in vedere faptul ca mierea e permisa doar dupa varsta de 1 an.

Spring has come! Let there be ice cream! :)) I have a very simple, delicious and 100% guilt-free recipe, because it has only natural and healthy ingredients. And it’s perfect for tricking the kids to eat fruit :D

Ingredients (8 servings)

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 3  tbsp natural sweetener (stevia/ maple syrup/ honey etc to taste) i
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean

Put the coconut milk in the blender and blend until you get a fluid uniform consistency. I do this because the coconut milk has a creamy part (coconut cream) and a fluid part (coconut water). Then add the chopped fruit, sweetener, chia and vanilla seeds. Blend really well.

Pour the obtained fluid in ice cream molds and put them the freezer. If you don’t have special molds, you can use plastic cups in which you insert ice cream sticks (or plastic spoons). Before serving, immerse the molds into hot water. Enjoy!
