Ei, si ce daca a venit toamna si e friggg? Eu vreau sa sfidam vremea de afara si va propun o inghetata consistenta si aromata dementiala: inghetata raw de nuci :) Indata ce am gustat rezultatul final a urcat rapid in topul inghetatelor mele preferate :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

Introducem toate ingredientele in blenderul de mare putere sau in robotul de bucatarie si mixam biiiine de tot. Va recomand sa o indulciti dupa gust. Punem crema obtinuta intr-un vas in congelator pana se intareste suficient. O savuram cu ce topping dorim: nuci, fulgi de cocos, cacao nibs, sirop de artar…:) Pofta mare!


So what if autumn is here and it’s cold? I say we deft the weather outside with this rich, creamy ice cream: raw nut ice cream :) After tasting the final result it went straight up in my ice cream top :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 1, 1/2 cup nuts soaked for 2 hours (170g)
  • 1 cup coconut cream (250ml)
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • topping: nuts, coconut chips, cacao nibs, maple syrup

Place all the ingredients in the  high speed blender or food processor and process really well. I recommend you sweeten it to taste. Put the cream you obtain in a bowl in the freezer until it hardens enough. Decorate with whatever you like:nuts, coconut chips, cacao nibs, maple syrup… :) Enjoy!
