Un desert super simplu, dar care impresioneaza pe toata lumea, acum in varianta cea mai rapida, la multicooker: lava cake la multicooker. Am testat MULT sa obtin cei mai buni timpi de gatire pana sa ajung la aceasta varianta perfecta, if you ask me, centrul e putin moale, dar nu chiar lichid incat sa curga :) Iar ingredientele sunt foarte usor de dublat, wink wink :))

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 60g unt
  • 60g ciocolata fara zahar
  • 50g eritritol pudra
  • 1 ou + 1 galbenus
  • 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1 lg faina de cocos (8g) sau 3 lg faina alba (24g)
  • inghetata de vanilie, indulcitor pudra pentru servit

A inceput Black Friday la CrockPot Romania! O ocazie super buna pentru a achizitiona un ajutor de nadejdie de la Crockpot :) Iar iubitul meu multicooker CrockPot Express are un pret special, il gasiti AICI, spor la cumparaturi si la gatit! :)

Mod de preparare:

Topim ciocolata si untul intr-o craticioara la Bain-Marie. Adaugam ouale, vanilia, indulcitorul pudra, amestecam bine cu un tel, apoi incorporam si faina. Amestecam pana obtinem o crema fina si lucioasa :)

Pulverizam cu ulei 2 forme de aluminiu pentru briose (atentie, din forme ramekin ceramice ies mai greu), le pudram cu cacao si turnam compozitia in ele. Asezam gratarul in vasul CrockPot-ului, turnam 250ml de apa. Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim si valva de presiune spre pozitia Inchis.

Setam aparatul pe Steam, High pressure pentru 8 minute. Imediat dupa ce expira timpul si auzim bibaitul aparatului, punem un prosop pe valva si eliberam presiunea cu grija.

Le lasam 1 minut sa se racoreasca, apoi le rasturnam cu grija si pe o farfurie si le servim calde, pudrate cu indulcitor si alaturi de inghetata de vanilie. Yummy!

ENGLISH VERSION

A super simple dessert that will make quite an impression, now in the quickest version: pressure cooker lava cake. I tested A LOT before I got these perfect timings and settings, but this is just the right thing, the center is not too runny or solid, it’s all super delicious. And the quantities are super easy to double, wink wink :))

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g sugar free chocolate
  • 50g powdered erythritol
  • 1 egg+ 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour (8 g) or 3 tbsp plain flour (24 g)
  • vanilla ice cream, powdered sweetener for serving

Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over simmering water. Add the eggs, vanilla, powdered sweetener, mix well with a whisk. Add the flour in the end, too, mix until you get a silky glossy cream :) Spray 2 aluminum muffin molds with oil, powder them with cocoa and pour the mixture into them.

Put 250ml water in the CrockPot Express pot, add the rack and the 2 molds on them. Close the lid, rotate the pressure valve to Closed and cook for 8 min on Steam, High Pressure. Immediately after the time’s up, put a cloth on the lid and rotate the pressure valve to Open position, with a spatula. After there is no more hissing sound, open the lid. Flip the lava cakes on a plate and serve warm, with ice cream. Enjoy!
