Tot in cadrul campaniei „Gatim romaneste si fara gluten cu Schar” am pregatit niste delicioase lipii cu fasole batuta :) O mancare de post foarte satioasa si plina de nutrienti. Se prepara imediat, sunt usor de luat la pachet si foarte, foarte gustoase, noi am mancat de ne-am lins pe degete si ne-au tinut de foame foarte mult timp :)

Ingrediente (2 portii): 

  • 2 lipii (fara gluten de la Schar)
  • 100g fasole batuta*
  • 1 ardei copt
  • 1 castravete murat
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie mica
  • cateva fire de patrunjel
  • sare, piper

Incalzim putin lipiile intr-o tigaie intinsa, eventual unsa cu putin ulei, apoi intindem pe ele fasolea batuta, adaugam fasii de ardei copt, castravetele murat taiat rondele, ceapa rosie feliata, patrunjel tocat si asezonam totul cu sare si piper.

Le taiem in jumatati si le servim cu salata verde, masline si ce legume mai dorim :) Sunt dementiale, pofta mare! Lipii cu fasole batuta.

*Puteti folosi fasole batuta cumparata (mie imi place cea de la Mega) sau o puteti prepara singuri rapid pasand in blender 200g fasole boabe fiarta in mai multe ape, 2 linguri ulei de masline, 1 lingura pasta de rosii, putina boia dulce, 2 catei de usturoi, sare, piper dupa gust. Adaugati din ultima apa in care a fiert fasolea pentru a obtine consistenta dorita.

ENGLISH VERSION

A super tasty and delicious vegan meal: white bean paste wraps. Super easy to make, easy to grab on the go and very very yummy :)

Ingredients (2 servings): 

  • 2 gluten free wraps (Schar)
  • 100g white bean paste*
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • a couple of parsley threads
  • salt, pepper

Heat the wraps a little in a large pan, eventualy greased with a little oil. then spread the white bean paste over them, add strips of roasted pepper, pickled cucumber, onion slices, parsley and season everything with salt and pepper.

Cut them in half and serve them with salad, olives or whatever veggies you like. Enjoy! :)

*You can use store bought white bean paste or you can make it yourself by blending 200g very well boiled white beans, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, a little sweet paprika, 2 garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste. Add some of the water in which you’ve boiled the beans until you reach the desired consistency.
