Un pranz extrem de rapid, gustos si consistent, pentru zilele in care nu am chef de gatit. As fi adaugat si un avocado taiat cubulete, dar cred ca ar fi fost too much, oricum, daca incercati alte variatiuni, dati-mi de stire :) Lipii cu somon.
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 2 lipii
- 100 g somon afumat
- 2 lgt mustar (cu boabele intregi)
- 2 lgt maioneza de casa
- 1/2 ceapa mica rosie
- rosii, castraveti, mix de salata pt servit
Intindem cate o lingura de maioneza si mustar pe fiecare lipie. Adaugam somonul taiat bucatele, ceapa rosie tocata marunt si rulam lipiile. Servim cu rosii, castraveti, salata sau orice legume preferati, multe si proaspete sa fie :) Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
A fast, tasty and filling lunch, especially for the times I’m not in the mood for cooking :) I would have added one avocado cut into cubes, but I think that would have been too much, but if you do that and you like it, le me know :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp homemade mayonnaise
- 1/2 small red onion
- tomatoes, cucumbers, salad mix for serving
Spread a spoonful of mustard and mayonnaise on each wrap. Add the chopped salmon, red onion and roll the wraps. Serve with tomatoes, salad or what vegetables you like, it’s important they are plenty and fresh :) Enjoy!
