Daca imi urmariti blogul, cred ca v-ati dat seama pana acum ca ador absolut legumele sub orice forma. Iar fasolea pastai nu face exceptie :) Ce poate fi mai bun decat o mancarica delicioasa simpla si gustoasa cu muulte legume: mancare de fasole pastai cu usturoi, alaturi de o felie de paine proaspata de casa :)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 1 kg fasole pastai
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 2 cepe
- 3 catei de usturoi
- 1 ardei gras
- 1 morcov
- 1/2 legatura de marar
- sare, piper
Curatam fasolea pastai si o fierbem 15 minute in apa cu un praf de sare. Separat, intr-o oala calim ceapa, usturoiul si morcovul, toate tocate dupa bunul plac, in 2 linguri de ulei de masline. Cand sunt destul de moi adaugam fasolea pastai, ardeiul tocat marunt si rosiile cubulete. Mai lasam mancarea pe foc inca 5 min, pentru a se imbina aromele, iar la final punem mararul tocat. Pofta mare!

If you are following my blog, you definitely figured out by now that I am a huge veggie fan :) And string beans makes no exception. What can be better than a dish with plenty of vegetables: string beans with garlic, next to a slice of fresh homemade bread.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 kg string beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- salt, pepper
Wash and cut the beans in halves and boil it for 15 min. Separately saute the chopped onions, garlic and carrot in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When softened, add the string beans, chopped pepper and tomatoes. Let the dish cook for another 5 min, so that the flavors combine. In the end add the freshly chopped dill. Enjoy!
