Mini clatite cereale keto. Cred ca ati vazut reteta virala de mini pancakes mancate pe post de cereale :) Si pentru ca eu, cand am timp liber, nu pot sta degeaba niciodata, ci gatesc pentru a ma relaxa, am zis ca aceasta sambata dimineata e perfecta pentru o astfel de activitate migaloasa :))) Dar va zic de la bun inceput, daca vreti un mic dejun rapid, alegeti altceva :)) Ilincai i-au placut foarte mult goale, desi nu se omoara dupa retetele mele keto, a ras un bol folosindu-se de o scobitoare :)) Eu le-am mancat cu lapte de migdale, capsuni, afine si seminte de canepa, mmmm, super bune!

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 4 oua
  • 100g faina de migdale
  • 3 lg eritritol (rasnit fin)
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/4 lgt guma xanthan (optional)
  • 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1 praf de scortisoara
  • 30ml lapte de migdale
  • 30ml ulei de cocos
  • pentru uns tigaia: ulei de cocos
  • pentru servit: laptele preferat, nuci, seminte, fructe de padure etc

Batem cu un tel sau mixer ouale, indulcitorul (eu il rasnesc fin pentru a se incorpora mai usor) laptele, uleiul de cocos, vanilia. Adaugam restul ingredientelor si omogenizam bine, dar cel mai simplu e sa introducem in blender TOT si buz, buzzz, avem compozitia gata :))

Incingem putin ulei de cocos intr-o tigaie intinsa. Punem compozitia intr-un pos cu varf foaarte micut si incepem si punem cate putin in tigaie, bobite de cam 1/2 lgt, distantate intre ele cam 1-2cm, pentru ca se mai intind :) Vizionati videourile de mai jos, pentru a intelege exact procedeul, nu trebuie sa iasa perfecte, da? :)

Le gatim la foc micut cam 2 min, apoi le intoarcem cu grija si RABDARE :)) si le mai gatim maxim 1 min si pe partea cealalta, pana sunt rumene si dragalase.

Repetam pana vine ziua de maine :D Glumesc, nu e chiaaaar atat de greu, dar sunt foarte haioase si gustoase, daca aveti putin timp liber, why not? Copiilor le vor placea foarte mult :) Pofta mare!

I think you’ve all come across the viral pancake cereal recipe on Social Media :) And because I never rest when have some free time and I cook for relaxation, I thought this Saturday morning is perfect for this time consuming recipe :)) But I tell ya, if you are in need of a FAST breakfast, try something else :))) Ilinca loved them, she ate them plain, with a toothpick :))) I had mine with almond milk, strawberries, blueberries and hemp seeds, mmmmm, super delicious!

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 3 lg erythritol (finely ground)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 1/2 lgt tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 30 ml almond milk
  • 30 ml coconut oil
  • for greasing the pan: coconut oil
  • for serving: favorite milk, nuts, seeds, berries etc

Beat the eggs, sweetener, milk, coconut oil vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth, but the easiest way is to simply blend everything in a blender :)

Heat a little coconut oil in a pancake pan. Pour the dough in a piping bag with a really tiny tip and start to add small drops of dough, approx 1/2 tsp and with min 1-2 cm distance between them, as they spread a little :)

Cook over low heat for about 2 min, then patiently flip them all and cook one more minute on the other side. Repeat until tomorrow :D Just kidding, it’s not all that hard, but they are so cute and delicious and the kids will love them, so why not? :) Enjoy!
