Un mic dejun perfect pentru pitici! Mini clatite cu cartof dulce, gustoase, fragede si hranitoare, din doar 2 ingrediente, sunt delicioase servite cu fructe, unt de migdale si sirop de artar, vor fi preferatele tuturor, nu numai ale celor mici :) Fiind asa micute si dragalase, sunt usor de tinut in manute mici si dulci :)

Ingrediente (20 de buc):

  • 2 oua
  • 225g cartof dulce fiert
  • 1/4 lgt scortisoara (optional)
  • ulei de cocos (pt uns tigaia)
  • pentru servit: unt de migdale, sirop de artar (sau miere), fructe

Introducem in blender ouale si cartoful dulce fiert, mixam bine. Ungem cu ulei de cocos o tigaie nonaderenta si aprindem aragazul la foc mic spre mediu. Punem cate o lingura din compozitie in tigaia incinsa si o lasam pana apar bule la suprafata, cam 3 min, si poate fi intoarsa usor cu o spatula lata. O intoarcem si o mai gatim putin si pe partea cealalta.

Nu faceti mai mari clatitele, pentru ca se vor intoarce greu, asa micute sunt perfecte de intors si mancat :) Eu am facut cate 3 clatite per tura pana am terminat aluatul si mi-au iesit 20 de bucati. Le selvim calde cu fructe, miere sau sirop de artar si unt de migdale. Yummy! :)

A perfect breakfast for kids! Sweet potato mini pancakes, tasty, tender and full of nutrients, made form only 2 ingredients, they’re delicious served with fresh fruit, almond butter and maple syrup, everyone will love them, not only toddlers :)

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 2 eggs
  • 225 g sweet potato, boiled
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
  • for serving: almond butter, honey, maple syrup, fruit

Blend the eggs and sweet potato until smooth. Grease with coconut oil a non stick pan at medium-low heat. Place 1 spoon of dough into the pan and let it cook until bubbly on the surface, about 3 min. Flip and cook a little on the other side too.

Don’t make the pancakes larger because they are harder to flip, this size is perfect fro flipping and eating :) I made 3 pancakes at a time and in the end I got 20. Serve warm with fruit, maple syrup and almond butter. Yummy! :)
