Adeptii dietei keto ma vor IUBI pentru urmatoarea reteta! Aceste mini gogosi keto cu scortisoara sunt fantastice: in primul rand sunt mega pufoase, (cel pufos aluat keto din cate am incercat), dragalase si atat de aromate ca juri ca sunt gogosi normale! Deci I am in love :)

Ingrediente (36 de buc*):

Amestecam ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, psyllium, praful de copt, scortisoara si un praf de sare. Separat batem ouale, adaugam indulcitorul, smantana, untul topit. Combinam cele 2 amestecuri usor, cu o spatula.

Punem compozitia folosind un pos in forme de silicon, eu am folosit unele micute de cakepops (gasiti aici) si de mini brownies (gasiti aici) :) Lovim formele usor de blatul de bucatarie, pentru a se aseza uniform compozitia.

Le coacem 15 min la 180C, pana se rumenesc frumos si trec testul scobitorii. Dupa ce s-au racit, le coatem din forme si le ungem cu unt din belsug, apoi le tavalim prin amestecul de indulcitor si scortisoara. Sunt geniale! :) Pofta mare la gogosi keto cu scortisoara!

*Din aceste cantitati ies cam 36 de mini gogosi, dar merg coapte si in 12 forme de briose pentru aprox 25 de min. Gasiti toate ingredientele mai deosebite la No Sugar Shop. Reteta preluata si adaptata de aici.

Ok, so keto fans will LOVE me for this recipe! These mini keto cinnamon donuts are amazing: first of all they are super fluffy (the most fluffy keto dough ever), so cute and so tasty you could wear they are normal donuts! So I am in love :)

Ingredients (36 mini pcs):

  • 150 g almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 80 g erythritol (or favorite sweetener)
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g melted butter
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • Topping: 50 g melted butter, 50 g erythritol, 3 tsp cinnamon

Mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Separately whisk the eggs, sweetener, cream, butter. Gently combine the 2 mixture, with a spatula.

Pipe the mixture into silicone molds (I used cakepop molds and mini brownie molds), gently hit the molds over the kitchen counter, to make the mixture set and get rid of air bubbles.

Bake for 15 min at 180 C, until a skewer inserted a center comes out clean and they’re firm to the touch. Once they’ve cooled, grease them with melted butter and roll them in the sweetener and cinnamon mixture. They’re brilliant! Dig in! :)
