Am pentru posesorii de multicooker CrockPot Express aceasta superrrr reteta, ma veti iubi, daca nu o faceti deja :)) Mini negrese la multicooker, dense, ciocolatatoase, sunt absolut divine, eu am mancat 2 caldute cu inghetata, capsuni si niste crema de ciocolata fara zahar din aceasta, Veganella (aka Nutella de la Green Sugar, fara zahar, de post si mult mai sanatoasa), OMG, deci super dezmat! :)

Ingrediente (14 buc):

Metoda de preparare

Super simplu: batem putin ouale cu indulcitorul (am folosit eritritol), vanilia, romul, adaugam apoi faina, pudra de cacao, untul topit, un praf de sare si omogenizam bine tot.

Incorporam picaturile de ciocolata fara zahar, ungem forma de silicon pentru multicooker cu putin ulei si punem cate 1-2 linguri in fiecare cavitate. Eu folosesc o lingura de inghetata si umplu fiecare cavitate doar 3/4. Infasuram forma in folie de aluminiu (daca doriti, puteti adauga o foaie de hartie de copt intre forma de silicon si aluminiu).

Punem 250ml de apa in vasul multicookerului, asezam grilajul acestuia si asezam forma pe grilaj. Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim si valva de presiune si setam 20 de min pe Manual, High Pressure.

Dupa ce aparatul a piuit il lasam 10 min sa elibereze natural presiunea, adica nu ii facem nimic, apoi rotim cu grija valva de presiune. Scoatem cu o spatula forma de silicon si rasturnam negresele pe un platou. Repetam procedura inca o data, ies fix 14 mini negrese din aceste cantitati :) Pofta mare!

*Mie nu mi s-au parut f dulci, cred ca ar mai fi mers inca 30-50g de indulcitor pentru gustul meu, dar asta depinde de preferintele fiecaruia :) Puteti folosi o faina fara gluten sau chiar faina de migdale.

ENGLISH VERSION

I’ve got an amazing recipe for you pressure cooker owner, you will love me, if you don’t love me already :))) Pressure cooker brownie bites, insanely gooey, sweet and I ate 2 with ice cream, strawberries and some sugar free Nutella, OMG, what a treat! :)

Ingredients (14 pcs:

  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 150 g sweetener*
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rum ( or 1 tsp rum essence)
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g flour*
  • 60 g sugar free chocolate chips

Super simple: beat the eggs, vanilla, rum and sweetener ( I used erythritol), add the flour, cocoa, melted butter, a pinch of salt and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips, grease the pressure cooker bite mold with oil and spoon 1 scoop pf ice cream into each cavity. Wrap the mold in aluminum foil (you can use some baking paper between the mold and the aluminum).

Pour 250ml water in the pressure cooker, place the rack inside and put the mold on it. Put the lid on, rotate to closed position, rotate the pressure valve to closed position, too and set on Manual for 20 min, High pressure. When the time’s up, let the pressure cooker naturally release the pressure, as in don’t do anything, then carefully rotate the valve and open the lid. Repeat the process one more time, these quantities make 14 brownie bites :) Enjoy!

*I thought the brownies were not too sweet, I would have added 30-50g more sweetener, but that is a personal choice :) You can use a gluten free flour or almond flour.
