Nutella din seminte de floarea soarelui. Aceasta reteta e pentru cei care au alergii la nuci, migdale, arahide, pentru ei am conceput o Nutella din seminte de floarea soarelui super fina, cremoasa si gustoasa :) Se face foarte usor, aveti nevoie doar de un robot puternic sau un blender de mare putere. E minunata servita cu fructe, pe paine prajita sau goala. Puteti adauga in smoothie-ul preferat 1-2 lingurite pentru o aroma de ciocolata :)

Ingrediente:

Puteti praji putin semintele in cuptor pana se rumenesc foarte putin, eu le-am folosit crude. Punem in vasul blenderului semintele, indulcitorul, pudra de cacao, uleiul de cocos (in stare lichida), vanilia si praful de sare.

Mixam pana obtinem o consistenta omogena, apoi adaugam smantana lichida (sau laptele de cocos) pana obtinem consistenta dorita, mai fluida sau mai densa; a mea a iesit cam tapana, dar imi era asa de pofta sa mananc, ca nu am mai avut rabdare sa adaug inca putin lichid :))))

*Tineti cont ca in frigider se va mai intari datorita uleiului de cocos. Pentru varianta vegana folositi lapte de cocos iar pentru varianta keto/low carb folositi un indulcitor adecvat, cum ar fi: Green Sugar, tagatoza, Edulcorem, eritritol. Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

This recipe is for all if you that have nut allergy, I prepared for you this amazing sunflower Nutella recipe, smooth, creamy and delicious :) And it’s super easy to make, all you need is a powerful food processor of high speed blender. It’s delicious served with fresh fruit, on toast, plain or added to your favorite smoothie :)

Ingredients:

  • 250 g sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp honey* (maple syrup or favorites sweetener, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150-200 ml heavy cream* (or coconut milk)
  • 1 pinch of salt

You can roast the seeds before, I used them raw. Put in the blender the following ingredients: sunflower seeds, sweetener, cocoa powder, coconut oil (melted), vanilla and pinch of salt.

Blend until you get a smooth consistency, then add the heavy cream (or coconut milk) until you reach the desired consistency, more fluid or thicker; mine was a little too solid, but I was so craving to eat some that I didn’t add more liquid :)))

*Keep in mind that the cream will thicken in the fridge thanks to the coconut oil. For the vegan version use coconut milk and for the keto/low carb version use a suitable sweetener, like erythritol, tagatesse, stevia. Enjoy!
