O dimineata de sambata perfecta incepe cu un mic dejun savuros si sanatos: omleta cu ricotta si masline. O felie paine integrala prajita, o salata de rosii cherry si ma declar multumita si gata de un weekend prelungit! :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 4 oua
  • 2 lg ulei
  • 200g branza ricotta
  • 100g masline negre
  • o mana de chives (sau 1 ceapa verde)
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Incalzim uleiul in tigaie, apoi adaugam ouale batute bine. Le amestecam de vreo doua ori, si, dupa ce s-au facut, oprim focul si incorporam usor cu o lingura branza ricotta, maslinele taiate felii si verdeata tocata marunt. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

ENGLISH VERSION

A perfect Saturday morning start with a healthy, delicious breakfast: ricotta and olive omelet. A slice of wholewheat toast, cherry tomato salad and I can say I’m pleased and ready to start this long weekend! :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 200 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g black olives
  • handful of chives (or 1 spring onion) )
  • salt and pepper to taste

Heat up the oil in a pan, then add the well beaten eggs. Give them a stir a couple of times and then, when they are done, stop the fire and gently incorporate with a spoon the ricotta cheese, sliced olives and finely chopped chives. Enjoy!
