Oua umplute cu maioneza. Imi e tare dor de o petrecere si un gratar in curte la noi, (nu doar noi 3 adica :)) si mai ales sa pregatesc diverse aperitive :) Va prezint reteta mea preferata de oua umplute cu maioneza, cu care am avut mereu mare succes. Doar oua, maioneza si mustar, simplu si de efect, le prefer clar celor care au in compozitie pate de ficat, peste etc. Less is more :) Am facut o tura mica, dar cantitatile sunt foarte usor de dublat/triplat etc ;)

Ingrediente:

Fierbe ouale tari, le lasam sa se raceasca, apoi le decojim cu grija. Le taiem pe jumatate si scoatem galbenusurile cu o lingurita. Pasam la blender galbenusurile, maioneza (o puteti face dupa aceasta reteta), mustarul, sare si piper dupa gust.

Folosind un pos ca sa arate frumos, umplem ouale, le decoram cu acest amestec delicios si le servim celor dragi :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I really miss throwing party at our house, with a barbecue and stuff, and not only for the 3 of us, as it is these days :)) I especially miss preparing the appetizers. Here is my favorite deviled egg recipe of all times! Just eggs, mayonnaise and mustard, simple and delicious. I made a small quantity but it’s really easy to double/triple etc :)

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp sugar free mustard
  • salt, pepper

Hard boil the eggs, let them cool, then peel and cut them in half. Gently remove the egg yolk with a teaspoon. Using a blender, combine the egg yolk, mayonnaise (you can use this recipe ), mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Fill and decorate the eggs with this filling using a piping bag, to look pretty and serve to your loved ones :) Enjoy!
