Paine fara drojdie. Zilele acestea efectiv NU se mai gaseste drojdie, asa ca am venit repede cu reteta de paine fara drojdie :) Au iesit niste chifle super dragute, rustice asa, pufoase si fragede, perfecte pentru sandvisuri. Va prezint cea mai simpla si rapida reteta de paine fara drojdie. Mie imi place sa o fac sub forma de chifle, sunt mai usor de portionat si de mancat cu minim de firimituri :))
Ingrediente (4 chifle):
- 250g faina
- 2 oua
- 150g iaurt
- 3 lg ulei de masline (45ml)
- 1 lg mix de seminte
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1 lgt sare
Cernem faina intr-un bol (eu am folosit 200g faina alba si 50g faina neagra), adaugam restul ingredientelor si amestecam bine totul cu o lingura sau spatula pana aluatul e omogen.
Cu mainile umezite (aluatul e lipicios) formam 4 bile din aluat si le asezam pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Presaram seminte deasupra si le coacem 35 de min la 180C, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele min, pana se rumenesc frumos si trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
These days I really have not been able to find yeats, so I came up with a no yeast bread recipe :) These buns are so cute and rustic, fluffy and tender, perfect for sandwiches. I present you the easier no yeast bread. Ilike to make it as buns, they’re easier to portion, slice and eat, with less crumbs :))
Ingredients (4 buns):
- 250 g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 150g yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil (45ml)
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Sift the flour in a bowl (I used 200g plain flour and 50g whole wheat flour), add the rest of the ingredients and combine well into a sticky dough.
Using you wet hands form 4 balls, place them on a tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle seeds on top and bake for about 35 min at 180C, with the ventilation on in the last min, until they are lovely golden :) Enjoy!
