Am experimentat o noua reteta de paine keto, si anume: paine keto cu drojdie, are gust foarte apropiat cu painea si miroase a paine! :) Dar, este putin umeda, asa ca o sa va arat trucul meu valabil pentru orice paine keto: fie o prajesc in prajitorul de paine, fie o fac bruschete: tai painea felii subtiiiri si apoi dreptunghiuri, le pulverizez cu ulei de masline si le introduc in cuptor la rumenit, aveti la sfarsitul retetei imagini cu bruschetele :) (14 felii a cate 120cal si 0g net carbs)
Ingrediente:
- 300ml apa calduta
- 1 lgt zahar*
- 4 oua
- 30ml otet din cidru de mere
- 25g drojdie proaspata (sau 10g uscata)
- 100g faina de migdale
- 75g faina de in auriu
- 30g faina de cocos
- 20g faina Szafi
- 25g izolat proteic din zer
- 25g tarate de psyllium
- 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 1 lg sare
Amestecam bine ingredientele uscate intr-un bol. Separat, punem apa calduta (nu fierbinte), o lingurita de zahar* (zaharurile sunt absorbite in procesul de fermentatie a drojdiei, don’t worry :), 1 lingura din amestecul uscat si drojdia. Amestecam bine si lasam bolul la temperatura camerei 10-15 min pana se umfla.
Batem cu mixerul ouale, otetul, adaugam apoi amestecul de drojdie si pe cel de fainuri. Omogenizam bine, apoi punem compozitia intr-o forma de chec unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu hartie de copt.
Coacem painea cam 1 ora la 180C, pana trece testul scobitorii si se rumeneste frumos. Se taie dupa ce s-a racit subtire si se prajeste inainte de servire, e mult mai buna asa :) Si miroase asa bine a paine! Feliile pot fi si congelate, ies cam 14-15 felii. Pofta mare!
Iata cum arata si painea taiata si rumenita la cuptor :) E crocanta si merge pe post de: crutoane (reteta detaliata aici), bruschete si tartine cu aperitive, yummy!

Today I experimeted a new keto bread recipe: yeast keto bread, with a taste very similar to real bread and a very nice bread smell! :) it is moist, I will not lie to you, so I will show you my trick for keto bread: I either toast it in the toaster, or cut into small pieecs, spray with olive oil and bake with the ventilation on until crisp :) (14 slices of 120cal and 0g net carbs)
Ingredients:
- 300ml lukewarm water
- 1 tsp sugar*
- 4 eggs
- 30 ml apple cider vinegar
- 25 g fresh yeast (or 10g dry yeast)
- 100 g almond flour
- 75g golden flax seed flour
- 30 g coconut flour
- 20g Szafi fiber flour mix
- 25 g isolate protein whey
- 25 g psyllium husk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp salt
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Separately mix the lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar (the sugars are absorbed in the fermentation process, don’t worry :), 1 tablespoon of the dry mix. Mix well and let it sit 10-15 min, until bubbly.
Whisk the eggs, vinegar, then add the yeast mixture and dry mixture. Combine everything well, then place the dough in a rectangular pan lined with baking paper.
Bake the bread for about 1 hour at 180 C, until a skewer inserted in the center come out clean and browns nicely. Slice after cooling and toast before serging, it’s better :) It smells so good like real bread! You can also freeze the slices, these portions make about 14-15 sliced. Enjoy!
