Mana sus cine e fan papanasi! :) Noi suntem, clar, asa ca iata ce rasfat dulce de duminica insorita am pregatit: papanasi low carb, serviti cu smantana grasa si dulceata de visine si zmeura. I-am savurat in curte la soare, o bunatate! :)
Ingrediente (8 buc):
- 450g branza grasa de vaci
- 70g smantana fermentata
- 1 lg ulei de cocos
- 2 oua
- coaja de la 1 lamaie
- 5 lg Green Sugar Gold
- 2 lg faina de cocos
- 2 lg tarate de psyllium
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- smantana si dulceata fara zahar pentru servit
Batem ouale cu indulcitorul, adaugam apoi smantana, uleiul de cocos, branza de vaci scursa, mixam inca putin. Adaugam si ingredientele uscate: psyllium, faina de cocos, praful de copt si coaja rasa de lamaie.
Omogenizam bine tot si punem aluatul rezultat in forme de silicon. Eu am folosit forme de gogosi si forme de cake pops, pentru a semana cat mai mult cu papanasii traditionali, prajiti :) Puteti folosi si forme de silicon pentru briose.
Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C timp de aprox 30 min, pana se rumenesc frumos. Se lasa sa se raceasca in forme, apoi se scot cu grija si se servesc cu smantana si ce dulceata doriti, ideal fara zahar :) Pofta mare!

Let me see cheese dumplings fans raise your hands! :) We sure love them, so this sunny Sunday I prepared a yummy treat: low carb cheese dumplings, served with fat sour cream and raspberry/sour cherry preserve. :)
Ingredients (8 pcs):
- 450 g fat cottage cheese
- 70 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- zest of 1 lemon
- 5 tbsp Green Sugar Gold (stevia erythritol)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- sour cream and sugar free preserve, for serving
Whisk the eggs and sweetener, then add the sour cream, coconut oil, drained cottage cheese, mix a little more. Add also the dry ingredients: psyllium husk, coconut flour, baking powder and grated lemon zest.
Combine everything until homogenous and pipe the dough into silicone molds. I used donut and cakepop molds, to make them look just like the original version :) You can use muffin silicone milds, too.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 30 min, until they turn lovely golden. Let them cool in the molds, then gently remove and serve them with sour cream and ideally sugar free preserve :) Enjoy!

Buna Emilia, eu am fost multumita de rezultat, dar sunt sigura ca ies buni papanasii si cu ricotta, sunt doar 2 retete diferite ;) O zi frumoasa!
