Cand faceti cantitati mari de dovleac copt, pe langa briosele cu dovleac si scortisoara mai puteti face si un fel principal foarte gustos: paste cremoase cu dovleac, perfecte pentru pitici :) Branza Cheddar da un gust minunat si multa savoare acestui preparat satios si super cremos. Cu siguranta voi incerca in curand si varianta dulce, cu scortisoara :)

Ingrediente (2-4 portii):

  • 200 g paste proaspete (sau 100g paste uscate)
  • 250g dovleac placintar
  • 150ml lapte
  • 30g unt
  • 1 praf de nucsoara
  • 2 lg smantana
  • 100g branza cheddar

Taiem dovleacul bucati potrivite, ii inlaturam samburii si il coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C pana intra furculita usor in el. Fierbem pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Puteti folosi orice fel de paste va plac sau aveti in casa, eu am avut paste proaspete cu ou de la Lidl, unele micute si dragute :)

Punem in blender dovleacul, laptele, untul, branza cheddar (puteti folosi ce branza preferati, dar sa fie una care se topeste frumos :), un praf de nucsoara si mixam bine. Punem intr-un bol mare pastele scurse, sosul cremos si amestecam bine. Servim imediat, pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

When you roast a large pumpkin, beside the cinnamon pumpkin muffins you can also prepare a very tasty main dish: creamy pumpkin pasta, perfect for kids and toddlers :) The cheese given the dish a fantastic flavor and makes it super rich and creamy. I’ll definitely try the sweet version, with cinnamon :)

Ingredients (2-4 servings):

  • 200 g fresh pasta (or 100 g dry pasta)
  • 250 g pumpkin
  • 150 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 g cheddar cheese

Chop the pumpkin and roast it in the oven until tender. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. You can use any tiny pasta you like or have in your pantry, I had some fresh egg pasta.

Blend the pumpkin, milk, butter, cheese (you can use any cheese you like, but it should be one that melts nicely :), sour cream, a pinch of nutmeg, all until smooth and creamy. Combine the pasta and sauce in a large bowl and serve right away :) Digg in!
