O mancare extrem de rapida si gustoasa, perfecta atunci cand trebuie sa gatim ceva repede :) Paste proaspete cu ou, sos aromat din broccoli, smantana dulce si putina branza, cheddar sau parmezan. O combinatie care va va tine de foame mult timp. Yummy! :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 200 g paste proaspete cu ou (sau 100g paste uscate)
  • 250g broccoli
  • 200ml smantana lichida*
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • 1 praf de nucsoara
  • 1 lgt ulei de masline
  • cateva frunze de busuioc
  • sare, piper
  • 50g branza cheddar(sau parmezan)

Mai intai fierbem pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Puteti folosi orice fel de paste va plac sau aveti in casa. Fierbem si buchetelele de broccoli pana intra furculita usor in ele. Punem cam 3/4 din broccoli in blender alaturi de smantana dulce, usturoi, ulei de masline, busuioc si nucsoara, sare si piper dupa gust.

Mixam pana obtinem un sos verde delicios :) Punem intr-un bol mare pastele scurse, sosul, buchetelele ramase de broccoli si branza rasa. Amestecam bine si servim imediat. Pofta mare! :)

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

*Smantana lichida fara caragenan am gasit pana acum doar aceste 3 sortimente: Laptaria cu Caimac, Sanlacta, Artesana si Ken Nata (cu 35% sau 38% grasime, se cumpara doar online). Smantana fara caragenan trebuie batuta cu putina zeama de lamaie, pentru a se intari, fiind naturala. Daca ati mai descoperit vreun alt brand, dati-mi de stire :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

A super quick and tasty meal, perfect when you need to cook something ASAP :) Fresh egg pasta, wonderful broccoli cream sauce and a little cheese, cheddar or Parmesan. A combination that will keep you full for a long time. Yummm! :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 200 g fresh egg pasta (or 100 g dry pasta)
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • a couple of basil leaves
  • salt, pepper
  • 50 g cheddar (or parmesan)

First boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. You can use any pasta you like. Boil the broccoli florets until tender. Put about 3/4 of the broccoli in the blender along with the: heavy cream, garlic, olive oil, basil and nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

Blend well until you get a delicious green sauce :) Place in a large bowl the drained pasta, sauce, leftover broccoli florets and grated cheese. Mix well and serve right away. Enjoy!
