Pastele cu zahar si nuca sunt unul din deserturile copilariei si favoritele multora, asa ca am pregatit si eu o varianta de paste dulci pentru Ilinca, insa fara zahar, aromate cu cartof dulce, scortisoara si nuca delicioasa din nucul nostru de la tara :) Cartoful dulce este perfect pentru a indulci diverse preparate si are multi nutrienti, fiind recomandat in alimentatia copiilor.

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 100g paste spirale
  • 150g cartof dulce (1 buc medie)
  • 50g nuca macinata
  • 2 lg stafide
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos/unt
  • 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie

Fierbem pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj (puteti folosi orice fel de paste va plac sau aveti in casa). Decojim cartoful dulce, il taiam cuburi si il fierbem la aburi. Apoi il pasam cu furculita alaturi de unt/ulei de cocos si scortisoara, amestecam bine. Combinam pastele fierte si scurse bine cu piureul de cartof dulce, stafidele, vanilia si nuca macinata. Servim imediat cu pofta :) Bune rau!

ENGLISH VERSION 

The pasta recipe with sugar and walnut is one of my childhood desserts and loved by so many more, so I prepared my version for Ilinca, sweet pasta, but without sugar, sweetened by sweet potato, cinnamon and delicious walnuts from our walnut tree in the countryside :) Sweet potatoes are very healthy, nutritious and perfect for sweetening treats in a natural way, perfect for kids :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 100 g fusilli (or other pasta)
  • 150 g sweet potato (1 medium piece)
  • 50 g ground walnuts
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil/butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package (you can use any pasta you like). Peel and roughly chop the sweet potato, then steam it until tender. Mash it with a fork along with the butter/coconut oil and cinnamon. Combine the boiled and well drained pasta with the potato puree, raisins, vanilla and ground walnuts. Serve right away :) Super delicious!
