O reteta simpla a copilariei, de paste cu zahar si nuca, pe care am reinterpretat-o folosind mar copt si indulcitor :) A iesit super buna si aromata, cu miresme de toamna, yummm! Si mai e si de post; ar fi mers tare bine si niste stafide, dar nu am avut in casa :)) Paste cu nuca si mar copt.
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 100g penne Arnos
- 50g nuca macinata
- 40g indulcitor natural
- 1 mar
- 1/2 lgt scortisoara
- 2-3 lg stafide
- 1 lgt ulei de cocos (optional)
Fierbem pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, eu am fiert pastele penne Arnos timp de 11 minute (trebuiau fierte 9 pentru cine le vrea al dente). Taiem marul cubulete si il coacem in cuptor pana intra usor furculita in el.
Intr-un bol mare punem pastele fierte si scurse, nuca macinata, indulcitorul, scortisoara si cubuletele de mar copt. Si stafidele, daca aveti. Amestecam bine si servim pastele calde, sunt suuuper bune si de comfort food, asa :)) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
A super simple recipe from my childhood, pasta with sugar and walnuts, reinterpreted now with sweetener and baked apple :) A yummy autumn treat :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 100 g penne
- 50 g ground walnuts
- 40 g natural sweetener
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, I boiled my penne for 11 minutes (9 mins for al dente). Dice the apple and bake it until fork tender.
In a large bowl add the drained pasta, ground walnuts, cinnamon and baked apple pieces. And raisins if you have some :) Mix well and serve warm, Enjoy!
