Pastele cu zahar si nuca sunt unul din deserturile clasice ale copilariei si mult indragite de noi toti. Eu le-am refacut cu un indulcitor natural si paste Konjac: fara calorii, carbohidrati sau gluten. Un deliciu devinovat! :) Am pacalit pofta de dulce in mod inteligent si am mai copilarit putin. Paste dietetice cu zahar si nuca :)
Ingrediente (1 portie):
- 200g spaghete konjac
- 4 lg nuci romanesti
- 4 lg zahar de cocos (sau indulcitorul preferat)
- 1/4 lgt ulei de cocos
Spalam bine pastele si le punem la fiert 5 minute (dupa instructiunile de pe ambalaj). Tocam marunt nucile sau le rasnim in robotul de bucatarie.
Amestecam pastele scurse bine cu nuca, indulcitorul si putin ulei de cocos. Acesta din urma ii da o aroma delicioasa! Puneti indulcitor dupa cum va place voua, mai mult sau mai putin. Eu am pus mult :) Pofta mare, copii! :)
*Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatoza, Green Sugar, xylitol.

Pasta with walnut and sugar is one of the classic childhood dishes everyone loves. I recreated it with a natural sweetener and Konjac pasta: no calories, no carbs or gluten. A delicious guilt-less treat! :)
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 200 g Konjac spaghetti
- 4 tbsp walnuts
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar (or xylitol)
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil
Wash the pasta and boil it for 5 min (according to the instructions on the package). Finely chop the walnuts or grind the in the food processor. Combine the drained pasta with walnuts, sweetener and a little coconut oil. It gives the dish a lovely flavor! You can add more or less sweetener, as you prefer. I added more :) Enjoy!
