ENGLISH VERSION
I finally discovered the pasta type that Ilinca actually eats, so I was definitely not buying the wright thing :)) I prepare these italian tomato sauce pasta and the some cheesy pasta bake and boy, did she eat these 2 like she hadn’t eaten in days! :)) And she did NOT eat pasta before, I swear :) And I figured out why: has been making top quality durum wheat pasta ever since 1890 and has a range of over 150 pasta shapes: from spaghetti, rigatoni, egg pasta, whole wheat pasta up to those enhanced with dried vegetables. Divella respects italian tradition and offers a wide variety for everyone :)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 400 g Divella cubetti canned tomatoes
- 300 g Divella spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Basso extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Divella garlic hot pepper sauce*
- 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
- 8 Neri dried tomatoes
In a deep pan heat the olive oil and saute the diced onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add the DIvella canned tomatoes, sea salt flakes, mix and cook for about 5-7 min.
Add the chopped dried tomatoes and Divella hot garlic sauce, I put just a teaspoon so that Ilinca can eat, but for an adult-only experience you can put 2-3 teaspoons :)
Well, see how easy to make this pasta sauce is? In the meantime, put the Divella pasta in a large pot with water and a pinch of salt and boil according to the instructions, 8 min in my case for these spaghetti.
Add the boiled and drained pasta in the pan with the tomato sauce, mix and serve the hot pasta. I added a couple of capers, I couldn’t help it, they are so good, I super love them :)
Don’t forget to click to check out not only the Divella pasta range, but also all the other goodies Webcoffee e-shop has, they are amazing :) Oh, and for those of you with children, just look at these, wink wink :) Buon appetito a tutti!
