Pentru ca imi cam place pizza, am conceput o varianta muult mai sanatoasa fata de ce gasim in comert sau restaurante si chiar foarte delicioasa. Pizza vegana cu legume. Si low-carb, pe deasupra :) Am descoperit un super care m-a ajutat enorm. Pe langa faptul ca faci imediat aluatul cu ajutorul lui, contine si foarte putini carbohidrati si are doar ingrediente naturale, ceea ce pe mine m-a incantat la maxim :D Il gasiti la No Sugar Shop. Ca topping, puteti folosi ce legume va plac voua, the sky is the limit :)
Ingrediente (4 portii*):
- 250g (gasiti )
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 3 lg sos de rosii
- cateva ciuperci Champignon
- 1 ceapa rosie
- 1/2 dovlecel
- 100g rosii cherry (sunt mai dragute, nu? :)
- cateva masline negre
- 2 lg capere
- o mana de rucola
Amestecam mixul pentru pizza cu 2 linguri de ulei de masline si 200ml de apa calduta. Framantam biine de tot, intindem aluatul si il asezam intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.
Coacem aluatul 30 de minute la foc mic de tot (50 C), apoi il ungem cu sos de rosii si adaugam legumele taiate. Eu le-am aranjat cat am putut de frumos :) Apoi coacem pizza la foc mare (240C) cam 15 minute (in functie de cuptor), pana e rumenita frumos. Presaram o mana de rucola proaspata deasupra si asteptam sa se raceasca… Not! Chiar m-ati crezut? :)) Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
Because I really really like pizza, I created a healthier version, compared to what we find in stores or even restaurants. And it’s actually delicious :) Vegan vegetable pizza. And low-carb, as well :) You can use any vegetables you like for the topping, the sky is the limit :)
Ingredients (4 servings*):
- 250 g low-carb flour pizza mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- a few Champignon mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (they’re cutter, aren’t they? :)
- a few black olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- a handful of arugula
Combine the pizza mix with 200 ml of warm water and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Roll the dough you obtain and place it on a tray that’s been lined with baking paper.
Bake the crust for 30 min at minim heat (50 C), then spread the tomato sauce on it and nicely arrange the vegetables. Bake the pizza at high heat (240 C) for about 15 min (depending on the oven), until brown and crisp. Sprinkle a handful or arugula on top and wait for it to get cold… Not! Did you really believe that last thing? :)) Enjoy!
