Placinta cu branza dulce si stafide este preferata multora, pentru ca se face usor, e gustoasa, hranitoare si ne aminteste de copilarie :) Cu indulcitor super healthy Green Sugar (natural, cu 0 calorii) si aroma naturala de vanilie, e minunata alaturi de o ceasca de cafea, intr-o zi friguroasa de toamna :)

Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg branza de vaci
  • 400g smantana
  • 5 oua
  • 200g Green Sugar (dupa gust)
  • 2 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 150g stafide
  • coaja de la 1 lamaie
  • 400g foi fine pentru placinta
  • 1 galbenus, 1 lg unt (pentru uns foile)
  • 2 plicutele de Green Sugar vanilat (pentru pudrat)

Batem ouale spuma, adaugam indulcitorul, smantana, branza, vanilia si coaja rasa fin de la 1 lamaie. La final incorporam stafidele si punem compozitia deoparte. Puteti ajusta atat cantitatea de indulcitor, cat si tipul acestuia dupa preferintele voastre, mie imi place mult Green Sugar :)

Ungem cu unt o tava dreptunghiulara (24*35 cm) si o tapetam cu hartie de copt. Asezam in tava o treime din foi, punem jumatate din compozitie, inca un strat de foi, restul compozitiei si ultimul strat de foi.

Ungem suprafata cu unt topit si un galbenus si coacem placinta cam 45 de minute la 170C, pana se rumeneste frumos la suprafata. O lasam sa se raceasca, apoi o pudram cu indulcitor vanilat si o putem felia :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

Cottage cheese raisin pie is a popular dessert because it’s easy, nutritious and reminds us of childhood :) With super healthy sweetener and natural vanilla extract, it’s wonderful next to a hot cup of coffee on a cold autumn day :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg cottage cheese
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g stevia erythritol (to taste)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g raisins
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 400 g fine pastry sheets
  • 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the top)
  • 2 sachets vanilla stevia (for dusting)

Whisk the eggs, add the sweetener, sour cream, cheese, vanilla and grated lemon zest. In the end fold in the raisins and set aside.

Grease a rectangular pan (24*35 cm) with butter and line with baking paper.  Place one third of the pastry sheets, add half of the filling, another third of the sheets and the rest of the filling.

Place the remaining sheets on top, grease them with melted butter and an egg yolk. Bake for 45 min at 170 C, until golden.  Chill, then dust with sweetener and slice. Enjoy!
