Cand esti mama trebuie sa gatesti ceva bun, sanatos si gustos cat ai zice peste :) Placinta de somon, praz si conopida e una din mancarurile mele preferate, e gata imediat, e foarte hranitoare si dietetica :) Ca sa ramana suficient loc pentru desert :)) Sa avem pofta!
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 500g fileuri de somon
- 1 fir de praz
- 500g conopida
- 1 lg ulei de masline
- 4 oua
- 300ml lapte de migdale
- sare, piper
- 50g parmezan ras (optional)
- 1/2 legatura de marar (pentru servit)
Feliem prazul si il calim in uleiul de masline pana se inmoaie. Il punem intr-un vas rotund termorezistent, deasupra adaugam fileurile de somono taiate cubulete si buchetele de conopida fierte la aburi al dente.
Asezonam cu sare si piper, turnam laptele si ouale batute bine deasupra si introducem placinta la cuptor la 200C pentru aprox 30 de min. Optional puteti rade putin parmezan deasupra in ultimele 5 minute :) Presaram marar tocat deasupra inainte de servire. Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
When you’re a mother you have to cook something delicious, healthy and super nutritious, all very quickly :) This salmon, leek and cauliflower pie is super fast, healthy and light, so there’s enough room for dessert :))
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 500 g salmon files
- 1 leek
- 500 g cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml almond milk
- salt, pepper
- 50 g grated Parmesan (optional)
- 1/2 bunch of dill (for serving)
Slice the leek and saute in the olive oil until soft and translucent. Transfer to a round oven dish, place the salmon cut into cubes on top and the lightly steamed cauliflower.
Season with salt and pepper, pour the milk and beaten eggs on top and bake at 200 C for about 30 min. You can grate some Parmesan on top, in the last 5 min :) Sprinkle freshly chopped dill on top. Enjoy!
