O gustare delicioasa binevenita la un film, in timp ce lenevim pe canapea, dar nu una din acelea din comert care se fac la microunde, contin zahar si E-uri :) Popcorn cu caramel si scortisoara. Floricelele de porumb crocante se inmoaie in sosul facut din sirop de artar (care da si aroma de caramel), ulei de cocos si scortisoara si devin un deliciu! Nu va mai zic cum miroase in bucatarie :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 100g porumb pentru popcorn
- 3 lg ulei de cocos
- 3 lg sirop de artar
- 1 lgt scortisoara
Mai intai facem popcorn-ul: incingem o lingura de ulei de cocos intr-o tigaie adanca, adaugam porumbul si punem capacul. Dupa ce floricelele nu mai pocnesc sunt gata :) Le luam repede de pe foc si le punem intr-un bol incapator.
Pentru sosul de caramel amestecam 2 linguri de ulei de cocos cu 3 linguri de sirop de artar si o lingurita de scortisoara. Turnam acest amestec delicios in bol peste floricele si amestecam bine totul cu o lingura, pentru a distribui uniform aromele :) Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
A delicious snack is so good when you’re chilling on the couch, watching a movie. But I’m not talking about those store bought treats that have sugar, chemicals, and are cooked in the microwave :) Cinnamon caramel popcorn. The crunchy popcorn is softened by the sauce made from maple syrup (that gives the unique caramel flavor), coconut oil and cinnamon. So delicious and the kitchen smells totally amazing! :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 100g popcorn kernels
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
First prepare the popcorn: heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a tall pan, then add the kernels and put the lid on. When the popping stops, the popcorn is done :) Transfer immediately to a large bowl.
For the caramel sauce whisk 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of maple syrup and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the popcorn and mix everything well with a spoon, for an uniform glaze :) Enjoy!
