Am venit din Grecia cu mult chef de gatit, as usual, dupa o saptamana petrecuta departe de casa, abia astept sa ajung in bucataria mea :)))) Am facut azi o prajitura cu cirese si ciocolata alba buna rau, frageda, intre un clafoutis si o prajitura umeda :) Este delicioasa si hranitoare, fara zahar, fara gluten si low carb :)

Ingrediente (9 portii):

Batem putin ouale cu indulcitorul, adaugam uleiul de cocos, laptele (am folosit lapte de migdale neindulcit), vanilia.

Adaugam si ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale si praful de copt, ungem cu ulei o forma de 20*20cm, o tapetam cu hartie de copt si turnam compozitia inauntru. Adaugam ciresele fara samburi si taiate in jumatati sau sferturi.

Coacem prajitura la 170C timp de 30 de min, apoi adaugam banutii de ciocolata alba fara zahar si mai lasam 5 minute prajitura in cuptorul cald, sa se inmoaie putin ciocolata :) Se taie dupa ce s-a racit putin in aprox 9 patratele. Pofta mare! Incercati si voi aceasta prajitura cu cirese si ciocolata alba? :)

I came from Greece so eager to cook a new recipe in my kitchen :)) So today I made a cherry white chocolate cake, so yummy, something between a clafoutis and a sponge cake :) it’;s delicious and nourishing, sugar free, gluten free and low carb :)

Ingredients (9 servings):

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g erythritol (or favorite sweetener)
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 150 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or extract)
  • 100 g cherries, pitted
  • 80 g sugar free white chocolate

Beat the eggs with the sweetener, add the coconut oil, milk (I used unsweetened almond milk), vanilla (powder or extract). Add the dry ingredients: almond flour and baking powder, mix well.

Grease a pan (20*20 cm) with oil and line with baking paper. Pour the batter in the pan and add the pitted cherries cut in halves or quarters. Bake at 170 C for 30 min, then add the chocolate drops and leave 5 more min in the hot oven for the chocolate to melt a little. Cut into 9 squares. Enjoy!
