Prajitura cu iaurt din 3 ingrediente. Cea mai simpla prajtura din lumeee :)) Am folosit faina de cocos, o patrime din cantitatea de faina alba, pentru ca: e gustoasa, dulceaga in mod natural (fiind o prajitura baby friendly in care nu am pus zahar sau indulcitor), si nu are nici gluten, pentru persoanele care se confrunta cu intoleranta :) A iesit atat de buna, fina, o praji-budinca dementiala. Ingrediente:

Batem toate ingredientele cu mixerul, apoi turnam compozitia intr-o tava cu dimensiunile 17*15cm. Coacem totul fix 1 ora la 170C, pana suprafata e neteda si tremura doar putin la atingere :)

Se va umfla in cuptor, apoi se va mai lasa, dar nu e problema :) O lasam sa se raceasca, apoi feliem si o servim cu fructe :) Ies 9 patratele de prajitura. Pofta mare, pitici, mamici, tatici, bunici! :)

Note: Voi puteti sa o faceti cu faina alba, fireste, sau/si sa ii adaugati si zahar sau alt indulcitor :) Se pot adauga si fructe in compozitie, doar sa fie bine scurse. Alta prajitura baby friendly delicioasa este aceasta budinca de gris cu afine ;)

ENGLISH VERSION

I think this is the easiest baby friendly cake in the world :)) I used coconut flour (1/4 from the plain flour quantity,) because: it’s naturally sweet, it has no gluten, for those with such intolerance :) This cake is so simple and incredibly yummy Adults can use some preserve or jam on top of it, just saying… :)

Ingredients:

  • 500 g yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 3 eggs
  • 35 g coconut flour (or 150 g plain flour)

Beat all the ingredients with a mixer, then pour the batter into a small pan (17*15 cm) Bake everything for 1 hour at 170 C, until firm to the touch and just a little jiggly :)

It will puff up in the oven and then it will become more flat, but that;s not a problem :) Let it cool, then slice, these quantities make about 9 squares :) Enjoy!

Notes: You can make it with plain flour, of course, or/and add sugar or other sweetener. You can also add some fruit in the cake, just make sure they are very well drained. Another yummy baby friendly desert si this semolina blueberry pudding ;)
