Dupa sarbatorile de Paste ne delectam cu o desert pufos, simplu si cu ingrediente la indemana oricui: prajitura cu mere si iaurt :) E atat de aromata ca trebuie neaparat sa o incercati! :)

Ingrediente (10-12 portii):

  • 100g unt
  • 200g zahar brun*
  • 4 oua
  • 230g iaurt gras
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 400g faina
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 2 lgt praf de copt
  • 3 mere medii
  • o mana de fulgi de migdale pentru topping

Intr-un bol mare mixam untul la temperatura camerei cu zaharul, adaugam apoi ouale, unul cate unul, mixand bine dupa fiecare. Adaugam si iaurtul, vanilia, apoi ingredientele uscate: faina, praful de copt si scortisoara.

Decojim merele si le taiem cubulete, pastrand cateva felii pentru topping. Incorporam cubuletele in aluatul si turnam compozitia intr-o forma rotunda (23 cm diametru cu fund detasabil) unsa cu unt si tapetata cu hartie de copt).

Asezam deasupra cateva feliute de mar, fulgii de migdale si presaram inca putina scortisoara deasupra. Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C pana trece testul scobitorii (la mine a durat 1h si 30min, dar depinde de cuptor). Este cea mai buna prajitura cu mere :) Pofta mare!

*Puteti folosi ce indulcitor natural preferati, doar sa fie unul granulat: Green Sugar, eritritol, xylitol etc.

ENGLISH VERSION

After the Easter holidays let’s indulge in a fluffy simple dessert with common ingredients: Apple yogurt cake :) It’s so full of flavor and tasty you’ve definetely got to try it! :)

Ingredients (10-12 servings):

  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g brown sugar (or favorite granulated sweetener)
  • 4 eggs
  • 230 g full fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 medium apples
  • a handful almond flakes for the topping

Whisk the butter and sugar, then add the eggs, one by one, whisking in between additions. Add the yogurt, vanilla and dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cinnamon, stir everything well.

Peel, core and chop the apples, saving a couple of slices for the topping. Fold in the apples pieces and pour the dough in a round cake pan (23 cm diameter) that’s been greased with butter and lined with baking paper.

Arrange the apple slices on top, sprinkle almond flakes and a little extra cinnamon. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 C until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean (mine took 1 hour and 30 min, but it depends on the oven and cake pan). It’s the best apple cake ever :) Enjoy!
