Nu va speriati, nu am luat-o razna, chiar se fac dulciuri din naut! :)) Cum ma tenteaza mereu combinatiile inedite, am vrut de mult sa fac o prajitura cu naut si scortisoara, iar az chiar m-am incumetat si a iesit ceva foarte bun! :) Va sfatuiesc sincer sa incercati aceasta prajitura, are multi nutrienti, e aromata si delicioasa! Si cred ca voi incera si varianta cu cacao :)
Ingrediente:
- 1 conserva de naut bio
- 80g fulgi de ovaz
- 80g zahar de cocos
- 100g unt de arahide
- 2 lgt scortisoara
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
- topping: nuci, fulgi de ciocolata, stafide etc (optional)
Scurgem nautul si introducem toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie, mixam bine, apoi turnam compozitia intr-o tava micuta (15*15 cm). Puteti presara deasupra ce doriti: fulgi de ciocolata amaruie, nuci, stafide sau ce va mai trece prin cap :)
Coacem prajitura aprox 30 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C si o feliem doar dupa ce s-a racit. Mie mi-au isit 9 patratele. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
Don’t worry, I haven’t gone crazy, you actually can make sweets out of chickpeas! :)) And since I am usually so tempted by exotic combinations, I’ve been wanting to make a chickpea cinnamon cake for a long time and it turned out really delicious, gooey and packed with lots of nutrients :)
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpea
- 80 g oatmeal
- 80 g coconut sugar
- 100 g peanut butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- topping: walnuts, chocolate chips, raaisins etc (optional)
Drain the chickpea and place all the ingredients in the food processor, blend well until smooth. You can optionally fold in at the end walnuts, chocolate chips, what add-ins you like. Pour the dough in a small (15*15 cm) pan and bake in the preheated oven at 170 C for 30 min. Slice after it’s chilled, I got 9 small squares. Enjoy! :)
