Si toata lumea mereu imi cere reteta :) Asadar, voila:
Ingrediente (1 tava mare):
- 250g unt
- 250g zahar
- 250g nuci macinate
- 100g faina
- 6 albusuri
Bezea:
- 6 galbenusuri
- 150g zahar
- Topping: cacao, zahar, apa fierbinte
Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
Lady of China (or 101 Dalmatians) is the dessert that reminds the most of childhood and the first treat my mother made for my birthday to bring to school, in the 1st grade :)
It’s simple, it doesn’t have many ingredients, but it’s a huge hit every time because it’s very tasty. And everyone asks for the recipe :) So there you have it:
Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g ground nuts
- 100 g flour
- 6 egg whites
Frosting
- 6 egg yolks
- 150 g sugar
- cocoa
- hot water
Whisk the butter with sugar, then add the egg whites beaten until foamy, nuts and flour. Pour the mixture in a tray (40*33cm) lined with baking paper and bake at medium heat (170 C) for about 20-22 min.
When the cake is almost done (a skewer inserted inside comes out clean), take it out of the oven and pour the frosting made from the egg yolks mixed with sugar. Put it in the oven for 10 more minutes and 10 more after you stop the gas.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce (just cocoa, sugar and hot water) over it. Or you can grate some dark chocolate over it. Cut it after it has cooled. Enjoy!
