Aveam pofta de ceva bunnnnn in weekend si, fiind mare fana caramel, am facut cea mai buna prajtura keto cu caramel! Pufoasa, frageda si cu un topping de caramel nu mai zic cum, ca se vede din poze :) Biiiine, recunosc, am avut ajutoare de nadejdie, Green Sugar Gold si Green Sugar Caramel, naturale si cu 0 calorii :)
Prajitura:
- 180g faina de migdale
- 100g unt
- 4 oua
- 80g Green Sugar gold
- 150g smantana
- 30 pic Green Sugar caramel
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
Caramel:
- 100g unt
- 40g Green Sugar Gold
- 10 pic Green sugar caramel
- 200ml smantana lichida (neindulcita)
- 1 lgt guma xantan
- 2 lgt cafea instant (optional)
Pentru caramel topim untul intr-o craticioara nonaderenta pana isi schimba putin culoarea, adaugam apoi Green Sugar Gold, picaturile de Green Sugar caramel, smantana si guma xanthan. Amestecam constant cu un tel, tinand caramelul pe foc pana se ingroasa.
Pentru prajitura batem ouale spuma pana isi dubleaza volumul, adaugam apoi Green Sugar Gold si mai batem putin compozitia. Adaugam untul topit, smantana, faina de migdale, praful de copt, bicarbonatul, picaturile de Green Sugar caramel.
Turnam compozitia intr-o tava micuta de aprox 20*30cm unsa cu unt si tepatata cu hartie de copt si coacem prajitura cam 35-40 min la 180C. O feliem dupa ce s-a racit si intindem caramel pe fiecare patratica :) Pofta mare! Prajitura keto cu caramel.

I was craving something sweet for th weekend and, since I am a huge caramel fan, I made the best keto caramel cake! Fluffy, tender, with an amazing caramel topping… I had the best help from Green Sugar Gold and stevia caramel liquid sweetener :) Healthy and with 0 calories.
Cake:
- 180 g almond flour
- 100 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 80 g Green Sugar gold
- 150 g sour cream
- 30 drops stevia caramel
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 lgt baking soda
Caramel:
- 100 g butter
- 40 g Green Sugar Gold
- 10 drops stevia caramel
- 200 ml heavy cream (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp instant coffee (optional)
For the caramel melt the butter in a saucepan until it changes color, then add the Green Sugar Gold, stevia caramel drops, sour cream and xanthan. Cook while mixing constantly with a whisk until thickens.
For the cake beat the eggs until they double in size, then add the Green Sugar Gold and beat a little more. Add the melted butter, sour cream, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and stevia caramel drops.
Pour the batter in a small tray (approx 20*30 cm) greased with butter and lined with baking paper and bake for about 35-40 min in the preheated oven at 180C. Slice after it cooled, then spread the caramel on each square. Enjoy!
