Tot in cadrul provocarii NoSugarShop si Oale si Tigai, am facut un super desert pentru Paste, aceasta prajitura keto cu foi si ciocolata. Foile sunt facute cu Ketomix, sunt fine si fragede, se topesc in gura, iar crema de mascarpone si ciocolata e dementiala, e imposibil sa nu iti placa aceasta prajitura, mi se pare ca are fix gustul tortului facut de bunica. Daca vreti sa ma sustineti in aceasta campanie, orice apreciere, like postarilor aferente de pe Facebook si Instagram ma vor ajuta.
Foi (4 buc):
- 7 oua
- 70g Ketomix cozonac
- 100g eritritol FitFood
- 2 lg ulei de cocos/masline/unt topit
- 1 lgt praf de copt
Crema:
- 400g crema de ciocolata fara zahar
- 500g mascarpone
- 4 lg eritritol FitFood
- 1 lg cacao FitFood
- 1 lg rom (sau 2 lgt esenta de rom)
- 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie
Pentru foi: separam ouale si batem albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare, cand devin spumoase adaugam eritritolul si batem tot pana obtinem un norisor pufos :) Micsoram viteza mixerului si adaugam amestecul de galbenusuri, ulei (am folosit ulei de masline), vanilie si rom.






Cernem mixul Ketomix cozonac si praful de copt in amestec, il incorporam usor cu o spatula pentru a pastra compozitia aerata. Impartim compozitia in 4 si coacem foile intr-o tava micuta de aprox 20*30cm 10 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C.






Pentru crema batem cu mixerul crema de ciocolata fara zahar, branza mascarpone, eritritolul, pudra de cacao, vanilia si romul. Peste fiecare foaie asezam cate o patrime din crema, pastrand ultima patrime pentru topping :) Eu am presarat si niste fulgi de cocos deasupra. Ies 12 patratele, 12 portii adica si este DEMENTIALA prajitura! Sa o incercati de Paste, pofta mare :)






*Am folosit aceasta crema, cu 18g net carbs/100g, dar o recomand pe aceasta proteica, are si mai putini carbs net: 4.25g/100g :) Aceasta prajitura poate fi facuta si sub forma de tort. Retete cu Ketomix gasiti aici, si va recomand si aceasta prajitura Keto Alba ca zapada :)





ENGLISH VERSION
This is a dessert you’ve got to try this Easter: keto sheet chocolate cake. Super thin and tender cake layers, they melt in your mouth, and the mascarpone chocolate custard is amazing you CANNOT not like this cake :)
Cake sheets (4 pcs):
- 7 eggs
- 70 g Ketomix sweet bread mix
- 100 g erythritol
- 2 tbsp coconut/olive oil/ melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
Custard:
- 400 g sugar free chocolate spread
- 500 g mascarpone
- 4 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp rum (or 2 tsp rum essence)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
For the cake layers: separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy, then add the sweetener and beat until you get a stiff fluffy cloud :) Lower the mixer speed and add the egg yolks, oil, vanilla, rum.
Sift in the Ketomix sweet bread mix and baking powder, fold them in gently with a spatula, to keep the mixture fluffy. Divide in 4 and bake each sheet in a small cake pan (20*30cm) 10 min at 170C. For the custard beat the mascarpone, chocolate spread, sweetener, cocoa, vanilla and rum until smooth and silky. Divide the custard in 4 and add each part on the 4 cake layers. I added some coconut flakes on top. This cake is to die for, please try it! :) Enjoy!
*I used a peanut butter chocolate spread with cu 18g net carbs/100g, but I recommend this protein version, 4.25g/100g :) This cake can be made in a round cake shape, too. You can find more Ketomix recipes here and I also highly recommend this Snow white keto cake :)
