Prajitura keto Snickers fara coacere. Am pentru voi o reteta geniala de prajitura keto Snickers, fara coacere, suuuper gustoasa si fina, e ceva de vis! Baza fina si cremoasa cu unt natural de arahide si frisca, caramel delicios, nuci crocante si totul stropit cu ciocolata. Totul fara zahar, fara gluten, fara cereale, keto si low carb. Have I died and gone to Heaven? :)))))) (12 patratele a cate 329 cal si 7g net carbs)
Blat:
- 250g unt de arahide*
- 200ml smantana lichida
- 100g indulcitor*
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
Caramel:
- 100ml smantana lichida
- 70g unt
- 70g indulcitor
Topping:
- 100g ciocolata amaruie fara zahar
- 2 lg ulei de cocos
- 50g nuci (sau arahide)
Batem smantana lichida cu indulcitorul pana suntem aproape sa obtinem frisca, micsoram apoi viteza mixerului, adaugam untul de arahide si vanilia si mixam pana la omogenizare. Turnam crema intr-o tava micuta (15*15cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt. O nivelam frumos si o introducem in congelator.
Pentru caramel punem pe foc untul, indulcitorul si smantana lichida si lasam amestecul la foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand, pana capata o culoare frumoasa de chihlimbar :)
Turnam caramelul peste prajitura, adaugam nucile tocate grosier si o introducem in congelator pana se intareste si poate fi taiata frumos (dureaza ceva, ideal e sa o lasati pest noapte, eu am tinut-o cam 3 ore si s-a taiat greu :) Turnam peste patratelele taiate toppingul de ciocolata facut din ciocolata si unt de cocos topite la bain marie. Senzationala, pofta mare! :)
Note:
- Daca nu consumati arahide, puteti folosi unt natural de migdale.
- Folositi oricum un unt natural, care sa aiba la ingrediente doar 100% arahide/migdale si fara zahar sau ulei, ca acesta.
- Am folosit ca indulcitor eritritol, puteti folosi orice indulcitor natural preferati, merg si Green Sugar, Edulcorem, tagatoza etc.

I’ve got an amazing recipe for you, the best keto Snickers bars ever! SUper smooth cake made of natural peanut butter and cream, delicious caramel, crunchy walnuts and a chocolate topping. All gluten, sugar, grain free, keto and low carb. Have I died and gone to Heaven? :))))))
Cake:
- 250 g peanut butter*
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sweetener*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel:
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 70 g butter
- 70 g sweetener
Topping:
- 100g sugar free dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 50g walnuts (or peanuts)
Whisk the whipping cream and sweetener, when it’s fluffy lower the mixer speed and add the vanilla and peanut butter, mix until smooth. Pour in a small pan (15*15 cm) lined with baking paper. Level nicely and place in the freezer to set.
For the caramel add the butter, sweetener and cream in a saucepan and simmer over low heat, mixing from tiem to time, until it reached golden brown color :)
Pour the caramel over the cake, ad the roughly chopped walnuts and place in the freezer to harden, ideally overnight, I kept mine three only 3 hours and it was hard to cut. Drizzle the chocolate topping over the squares, it’s amazing, enjoy!
Notes:
- If you don’t like peanuts, you can use almond butter.
- Anyway, use a natural almond or peanut butter that contains only 100% peanuts/almonds, without sugar or oil.
- I used erythritol, but you can use any natural sweetener you like, like Green Sugar, Edulcorem, tagatesse etc.
arata super dar eu nu inteleg o chestie, daca borcanul ala intreg de unt de arahide are 622 kcal si tu il pui pe aproape tot plus altele..cum iti iese 329 kcal pt toata tava aia? sau este 329 pt o bucatica?
